Happy Tails Professional Dog Grooming, Canton OH

The groom and the bath is great. However, the pricing has been inconsistent. They told me $50 on the phone, then charged $65 when I picked her up. The next appointment they charged me $75 for the same service without any explanation. This is bad business, you need to be clear with your pricing.

Perfection at its finest! My Huskie looks and acts like a show dog after they're done! Great service and very professional! Prices are very decent!

I am not happy right now at all. I took my baby into be groomed at 930am was not contacted to pick up until close. I called after 4 hours and there was no answer. So I waited a little bit longer called back they said she was almost ready they'll call me. A few days later my son notices dried up blood near her nipple. At pick up no said anything just handed her over like everything was good. As of right now I am on hold with them and it has been a hour. They charged me full price and decidedly chose to disregard the fact that she obviously bleed out until they could stop the bleeding for me to pick up. Not professional or interest in the care of others animals.

I have come to happy tails a few times before and it makes me so upset to write this review. I brought my dog Mya in to have a basic bath and nails trimmed. Since I brought her home she can hardly stand, is throwing up and is lethargic. She’s 13 so I thought maybe a seizure.
This went on all day and night. It’s like she was drugged or put under. She was fine when I picked her up but once she got home within 10 mins she became an entirely different dog. It’s now the next morning and she still isn’t okay. I have never had a problem with them before. They are always fast and efficient. I would hate to think they gave her something to calm my already VERY calm old dog and caused her all this suffering.
I will update after vet visit.

Won’t go anywhere else to get Rambo’s nails clipped because it’s quick and so close to quick without bleeding! Jackie is the best!

I told them what I wanted and they gave me exactly that. My dog had been going to groomers for years and is usually a little stressed but seemed to be very calm this time. The last photo was before the haircut. I love it I will be back!

Love this place, highly recommend! They treated my dogs with care and love! They are just fantastic

This was my first time coming to this salon, and omfg was I blown away! I have a shi-poo that got groomed and I absolutely love the way she did it!
Highly recommend this place.
They do awesome Mohawks too:)
