Last year we were in desperate need of help for our son. Not only did Harbor get us connected to a wonderful counselor (Robert), but they also connected us with Amanda Chagolla who has always been just an email or call away when it comes to questions and handling our son’s medication. Mental health and healthcare in general is such a tough area of work to be in, but they do the best they can and treat us with respect which I really appreciate. Our son is back to straight A’s, enjoying school, and has wonderful support system now which means the world to us as his parents.

This is by far the most unorganized health center I’ve ever been to. I went in for a mental health assessment to give to my attorney, they wouldn’t give me a copy of proof that I did it, I signed a release for him to get his own copy and they just don’t know who he has to speak to get it. It’s been a run around for quite some time. Steer clear of this place, go to Unison.

One Star because Clare our intake person was nice. The nurse practitioner was nice. The people that greet you need work. Especially the rude lady at the second window. I was desperate to get my son help as I had been trying places for 9 months. The first red flag was when the rude lady at the 2nd window misgendered Clare calling her a him, and she was clearly a "she" doesn't matter if she used to be a he. They signed us up for services that I thought were a part of the "whole" therapy experience. When we showed up for the first therapy appointment, the rude lady doesn't greet us, she just blurts out that we have a balance for the prior weeks' meeting with the social worker. No statement for the charges, yet expecting a payment. After a phone call to my insurance company, the therapist my son was seeing informed me that she was not on their list. My son said the woman talked to him like he was a 5yr old and probably should work with grade school kids not teenagers. When we weren't sure if she was covered, she declined to even meet with me after his session. The other woman up front was supposed to follow up with me for a different therapist and it's been two weeks and she still hasn't. The people there do not return calls nor do they follow up. I would stay far far away from this place!

New to Harbor and have several issues. One, Hippa not always followed. Two, patients and staff are talking in common areas where other guests can hear. Three, staff has been overheard speaking negatively about patients while my wife and son visit there. Finally today the last straw, our N. P. Brittney had an unexpected schedule issue (understandable) and was unable to meet with us. Upon arrival to the 3: 30 appointment, we were told it had just happened and it was decided to still have us come down. After several calls and several unprofessional conversations with Joanie, Lori and Brittney herself, we find out the N. P.notified the office at 10: 58 but the office didn't feel the need to call us to see if the 3: 30 appointment would still serve our child's needs with the N. P.not attending thus proving our time and needs are not as important as our billable occurrences.

They staff are friendly, caring, helpful, children can go here and get the help they need. John has been very helpful and kind to me and my son, he seems to be concern on what going on, we need more men as role models for children.
