Harbor Freight Tools, Lancaster OH

I'm glad I found this place. I've been to others and this one is no different. Sales people are very helpful and pleasant to work with. Very close to my place so it will be used quite often.

Every time I go for something on sale, e.g.

5 AH battery, tool and charger for $99

they have none of the tools.why put things on sale if you don't have any?

what good is being a club member? They always reduce the same stuff!

Great place if your a diy type person who instead of take it to the shop you do the work yourself. Has just about any tool you could want and at reasonable prices

The assistants was very very helpful.
And they answered all my question with a very great out come. They even went out off there way to help me find the items that I couldn't find.

This was my first time there I really like the store spent way too much money though too many things good buys and things I needed

Employees can be rude sometimes but the store manager is VERY nice and will always take care of his customers! My only complaint is they are always out of stock of the things I need!

Love this store, although my water had way too much ice in it. Couldn't taste the water at all.

Waited 45 minutes for someone to get my order from the back room never came out gave up and left.

Friendly people, the sales are great and their LED shop lights last long and put out tons of light.

I love going to this location! The staff is nice and I just love browsing there. They seem to stay busy but not so busy that you need to wait in line at the register.

Never been to this location, but the few times I've called they put me on hold for 15 minutes + each time. Today was 22 minutes, this is poor customer service.

Harbor Freight is the place to go to find almost any tool and their prices beat any other hardware store. The qulaity of their tools is also excellent and they have a good-better-best selection for most power tools.

My only issue was she asked if I was a member of their whatever program I said no she made me a member and I still didn't get to discount prices on the stuff I bought that day. Other than that fast service friendly people.

Had everything I needed and found some items that I forgot that I wanted to get also. The people that work there helped us find some attachments in the power drill area. They were very friendly and polite. They did a fantastic job, even came back to see if we found the correct one and showed us different kinds to decide on. Great store, so happy they are in my area.

Basic Harbor Freight store. It is clean and the employees I have encountered have a mask on and are nice

It’s a fairly large location although find a couple of occasions they have not had stock items in the back room when you take a tag for a large item to the register but other than that it’s a great place.

Well the only thing I got complain about is about bauer sawzall and had to return it cause it broke but other than that I like all the tools from there
