Sometimes this place does have better deals on certain things than Lowe's so I just depends on what you're looking for to do your homework and find out where it's cheaper at the time

What can I say, if you need a tool that you will only use once in a while or just a homeowner that does there own small projects then this place is great. They also offer tools that are specialty items and no other stores stock them. Honestly most of there stuff is worth the money for what you get

This morning, I had the pleasure of shopping at Harbor Freight in Steubenville, Ohio, and had a most wonderful experience. Upon entry, an associate greeted me with a smile and eye contact. I came in today to purchase a tarp that was on sale for $1.99. I asked the manager, Ed if he could direct me to said tarps, and he was delighted to escort me to them. The store had plenty in stock. Ed asked how many I wanted and handed me two. He asked if he could further assist, and I asked about their spring clamps. Again, Ed quickly took me directly to them and handed me the needed amount. I want to thank Harbor Freight for having such wonderful people like Ed, not only in a management position but also who are willing to stock and assist customers like me who need help. Ed made shopping quick and easy for me today. Many thanks, Ed! During checkout, Sarah smiled and made eye contact. She was quick and took great care of me while checking me out. I highly recommend this Harbor Freight store to anyone needing anything they offer, which is plentiful!:)

Excellent crew here the manager was very helpful and pleasant and the gentleman that helped me switch out my inverter onto my tractor trailer was wicked Strong and had a great disposition sadly I can't remember either there names but the experience is what counts I guess) I love the generator warranty program I will never use another

This is a great place to buy tools. You gotta know what you are buying, do your research and read product reviews. Otherwise I am more than happy with everything I've purchased here and Every interaction I've had here

This Harbor Freight has friendly staff who check on customers to see if they need anything while shopping! It is relieving to go to a store that actually offers staff willing to help.

Absolutely cannot get myself out of there! Tool prices are ridiculously low but as long as u pay attention ALMOST everything is great quality. And for something in stock don't believe app call the store u plan on going to. To see if it's in stock first

Small quiet store. Stocked pretty well for the area. We were looking for shop vac accessories which they didnt carry but not a big deal. (We just paid more and found then at lowes)

Always love walking around HF, got some supplies for welding aluminum and steel, none of it is critical, so we save a lot of money getting basic supplies here, its all AWS qualified filler metals, so it doesn't matter anyways, saving money on supplies means more profit at the end of a job, which is always a good thing

Inexpensive tools and a bit of safety gear. Staff was very eager to help and made quick of my tool needs and a hard hat.

If you're buying tools without checking here first you are wasting money. Not always the best deal but usually is.

They had the tools I needed the jump box worked three times now it's past 90 days do not buy one they don't last past 90 days

Reasonable prices, but they definitely need to hire some help. One register running and very few employees.

Workers are always super helpful, never once have I been able to be upset in a harbor freight, I mean how could you, you can get anything from tabletop plasmacutters to gocart engines to home security software all at great prices and return policies that aren't a Hassle.
