Bad experience at the one in Eastlake
Called them about a generator, they told me they had the one I was looking for. Got there and found out that they didn't. Wasted an hour driving for nothing.

Don't know who the young lady was at the check out counter but she's what make you return to the store.

They take back tools without a hassle but with the price of gas it would be nice to get tools that didn't break so often

The best deals in town don't need to check out other places for prices just check them out first your be glad you did!
just bought a submersible pump the prices were about 23 to $27 cheaper than home Depot

I don't generally buy from Harbor Freight but I did and the tool seemed to work well. Bearing Separator.

It was Habor Freight a no frills cheaper tool store ideal for people doing projects at home or tool you won't be MAD. If it doesn't last long time. It is a nice size and clean store.

The cashier Dawn was so disrespectful and she is also a liar. My boyfriend and I went to purchase a nail gun and she rudely said to us " if you guys think you're going to use this for your projects and complete your projects and bring it back to return it to get your money back you will not be able to get much of your money back because we are going to charge you a restocking fee just so you know". Then when asked if there was a number to text and receive texts from harbor freight with deals and looked me in the eye and said there wasnt the only way to get deals is to become a paid member". What a lying horrible cashier. When I got out to the car, at the bottom of the receipt there was a number that said text for exclusive deals! I won't go back if she is there!

What's not to love about Harbor Freight? It has everything for the novice and professional. Most products are for occasional use or one-and-done, but the are some hidden jems if you look! A great place to kill 30 minutes browsing!

Some of their tools are an exceptional value others you have to watch out for. Parking is good and they seem to get you in and out in a hurry.

Found what I want it even bought some things I didn't know I wanted I had to get out of there I would have went broke they have too many good things

I do a lot of Contracting work and personally I LOVE Harbor Freight. You can get mostly anything you need for half the price of Lowe's or Home Depot. And a lot of their tools are guaranteed for life! There's only been a couple acceptions where Harbor Freight's line of tools didn't measure up.

I was in store to purchase an cordless impact wrench. After a while I ask the check-out lady could she please page someone to assist me. Well, after eleven minutes later a guy finally come from the back. Ask a few questions. Wasn't the least bit informative about the Earthquake line. Last draw, in the middle of a question he begin to carry on convo with another customer. Then just walked away. I left to go to Lowes. Never again Harbor Freight!

Sold me a trash pump and didn't note that I needed a specific intake hose which they don't keep in stock. My basement is still flooded and now a 300 dollar pump I can't use.
