Rude incompetent ladies answering the phone today. I'm shopping at different harbor freights, terrible service like they don't understand English. Got disconnected, told it was my fault, then told to check online then hung up on.

I was just there for the first time and the lady cashier was super nice and very helpful! It's was great to have someone that cares and wants to help! Thank you very much!

Went to parking lot sale great prices and bought a nice 3 gallon air compressor and batteries.

Bought a 20v disk sander. Wished a worx battery would work but no go. Seems it will do the job

Cashier was nice but it was hard to find what i was looking for.i wish the signs were more specific.

Bought a lock box for a utility trailer ($169.00) that was locked without the keys. Took it back to do a exchange and was greeted bye a very rude lady and when I described the issue she accuses me of locking the keys in the box. Well the box was sold to me like that, and she kept insisting I was lying. Needless to say I was giving a replacement box, but will not return to that location to do anymore business. They need to hire customer friendly people to represent their store before they lose more good customers like myself.

This is the very best store for buying tools. Power or hand for doing the job and inexpensive.tools and much more, good quality as well.
Tools I paid 10 bucks for and am using for 2 decades still.

Went there for advertised sale. 1 register open with 3 employees in the back socializing. Line with at least 15 people. Of course, the item was unavailable with no options to pick up. 2 days later, it still shows item available.

Despite the reputation for cheaply made and less desirable tools —there are some genuinely excellent bargains on SOME tools of very good quality. For example their Bremen parallel clamps are very highly rated and quality clamps at a fraction of the cost of Bessy. There a surprising number of other examples.

This place sells off brand tools and supplies at crazy low prices for almost everything. The casters and wheels are hard to beat almost anywhere. If you just want a cheap tool and you don't care if it comes from who knows where, then this is the place for you. Prices are low enough that if it breaks, you can just throw it out and get another. If you are looking for a tool that has the quality to be passed on to the next generation, this is not the place for you.
