False advertising this place promotes

Website has discounted items on sale but you have to pay for a membership? Its called the "INSIDE TRACK CLUB" So how is the item on-sale then?

TOTAL RIPOFF! NOT EVEN NAME BRAND ITEMS!

99% of the time they have what I need. I have a half dozen Predator engines mostly on generators only 1 I'm not happy with but my lack of knowledge on electricity AMPS is my only unhappy experience.

Friendly staff, great prices, quality is so so, but I haven't had an issue and I work kn almost everything.

I visit once or twice a year to see what I "need". I try to match up with an ad when I can, but watch the fine print, they will make their money. Last purchase I replaced my dewalt 20v driver with a Bauer, seems of so far decided on the 5ma battery pack instead of the 1.5ma. I also picked up a new filter and tube for my airless paint sprayer that I purchased at a harbor freight 5 years ago and constantly use, I love it, painted my sisters basement, my barn, my garage, my daughter's room, my bedroom.

I buy from Harbor Freight all the time for the business I run. I set my guys up with tool bags from there vs spending four times as much at HD or L's. I hear the tools are cheap and break, but I've yet to see that happen to one out of thousands. Now these are hand tools only, so I can't speak to the power tools and other items they carry.

The SUPERVISOR with the blonde and red hair seriously needs a lesson on customer service.
I've been always been treated with courtesy and respect by the employees at this location, today was my first encounter with this woman and WOW. Please give her some coaching, if this is how she treats everyone she doesn't deserve to hold this position. Will also be calling corporate.

The last 3 times I've been there they've been out of whatever "sale" item I came for. They won't sell the floor models even though there's tickets there. They however will tell you that the item you want is at another store 20-40 miles away. Every employee I've spoken to claims these issues fall on district supervisor. Maybe harbor freight corporate should take a look at the people running their stores

They changed up the layout since I was last there. Everything was neat and in stock. Asked for help and he was nice and took is to where the item was instead of just telling us

Depends what you're shipping for, but there's deals and junk at every store. Prices on what you need are usually better than others

I could get into a lot of trouble here! The store is great for the hobbyist The Professional both has everything that you're looking for and the stuff that you didn't know you needed little extras here and there are remarkable and amuse of themselves spurring ideas for more projects and more improvements and more weekends lost to a sense of accomplishment of a job well done self-discipline is definitely required because the prices are so low the selection is so vast and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly

Do your research and pay attention not everything is cheap and not everything is made cheap don't be dumb and then get mad cause you didn't pay attention to what you were getting

Had the trailer reflective stickers I needed at a very good price. Also best price on trailer wheels and tires.

I was refused a refund on a defective item I bought earlier that day. They claimed they didn't have enough money in the store to give me a refund, mind you the item I was returning was under $50. I was told to either keep the defective item or drive to a different store to return it. Staff here are lazy jerks.

Just about always out of things slow service because of there company policies
Its a little better service but there still out of some products

I see some new brands, store was well kept. Lots of tools and equipment. I have always been happy with the tools and equipment I bought there. Today I only bought a spray can of oil.
