Never left a review about anything ever before. No complaints about the casino.

However we went to the restraunt to watch the band. Band was solid.

No hostess at the restraunt so we assumed (our mistake) there was open seating. Quickly found a table and made ourselves comfortable. After a while, we decided to look at a menu. When we asked for one, the waitress i formed us we do not get menus as we did not check in with the hostess. We explained there wasnt a hostess and apologized. She eventually brought us menus. Once we had our menus the staff made a point to ignore us. After several attempts to find someone to take our order, we tried to order drinks. The waitress proceeded to slam her order book down on the table and informed us that since we did not feel it necessary to check in with the hostess when we arrived, we could go to the bar and get our own drinks. So we did. Shortly after our “experience” we finished our drinks and left without ordering food. Again, we made thr mistake of not checking in with the nonexistent hostess. We apologized and offered to go back to the front of the restraunt.

Sorry, this is not acceptable. They may have been having a bad night i dont know but when you work in hospitality, that behavior is not ok. Period.

Had a great time at the Travis Tritt show.
This is the second time I've seen a show there. The staff is top of the line.

Visited with the family unfortunately is not like other HR Cafe. In this one the restaurant and store are deep inside the Casino, so unfortunately my kids were not able to get inside.

Plenty of parking and not too crowded for a Friday night. The bathroom.could have been cleaner.

I lost, again, as usual, and still had to pay $7 for a beer. But I had fun, that's what counts!

Very friendly staff. Plenty of games, food and drink are on the expensive side but that is to be expected. Bathrooms are very nice and clean. Love the idea of a smoking section outside that has games as well! Spent way too much money here but had a blast!

It’s just a preference thing. I don’t prefer this location much and the fact you can’t get your own sodas while you play. Not much staff interaction but no real complaints

Went in with a bag before a flight, security searched my whole bag and then said I couldnt enter because there were clothes in my bag

Her first time at a Hard Rock. She loved it didn't lose cause we didn't play. But we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe great place for fun and laughs

Didn't get a chance to eat but I'm definitely coming back

The casino itself is fine.
The women's restroom is always clean, which is rare these days.
I like that there are two separate smoking areas for those of us still hanging on to our cigs with yellow stained fingers.lol
The only things that I don't like are the food prices.and good luck getting your drink when you order one from your slot machine.

The only thing to not Iike is losing, that's why I go to have fun When other cities don't have a casino I'll definitely rate ours 5 stars.

At a slow time of day we were told it would be a 20 minute wait to eat.
Still no table after an hour. When we asked they said a table was being cleaned. 5 minutes late we checked and still no table. When we entered the restaurant they hurried to clean a table. It was left so wet we had to take napkins from another table to dry it off.
Another wait for service. If my wife's blood sugar was not so low we would have left then. Ask to see a manager. He stopped by but could only say SORRY. Never again!

Went to a concert here. (Foreigner)
It was a joke. The concert hall is simply a large conference room, with metal chairs.
I would never attend an event here again.
The Sports book area had no seating, unless you were at a restaurant.

There's never a bar tender around to get a drink.half the machines won't take your players club card and the parking garage smells like pee and is dirty.
