Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park

Sadly my brand new car was damaged on a hit and run at the casino. They have security cameras all over the parking lot but could not see plate or car that performed damage. Until valet is open we will not be back.

I'd like MGM I like Kino it in Jam but it seems like they're trying to get their money back so nothing's pain I spent $300 the other day I didn't even get a $10 winner terrible

We were not impressed with this casino. Although the gentleman at the front door was very personable and pleasant. There was nobody going around taking drink orders. Payout on slots were very tight. The smoking patio was horrible, all the old slots were back there and not very many. Don't get me wrong, the place is beautiful but I guess they have to pay for that somehow. We will stick to Hollywood gaming in Austintown. I gave it 2 stars 1 for the gentleman at the front door and 1 for cleanliness. We will not be returning to Northfield.

Machines no chance of winning at all. Not even any free play. Will not return. Better chance at The Jack.

Very nice casino. Lots of variety. But, the slots are tight as snot. One good night, and you will be disappointed the next several trips back. Sadly a pattern to the madness. I will only go now if I need a change in scenery. Final point.the comps do not count towards other properties, so what you've built up won't follow you to say, Vegas. I'll stick to the casino 15 minutes down the road rather than the hour and a half drive. Wishing you the best of luck

It seems to me that if they have the they meaning the casino pay out a lot of money on certain days because they have to meet the state requirement to work the gaming requirements then the next day they're going to pay out less money so the machines are tightened changed or something but I do know this they have a little poster that unicorns are not real but the house advantage is now I don't know if that's an indication that you might win one day but you won't win the next but it seems to me the two go hand-in-hand

Went to see Michael Stanley (great show) Joined their Card club, got $5.00 free play and hit for the price of my ticket

Nasty.the atmosphere isn't good and the crowd is worse than normal seedy race tracks.if that's even possible lol.the games are shoty.and half rate.your better off driving to wheeling downs tbh.smh.very disappointing.

We love this Casino, I personally wish there was a hotel connected or at least on the same property and I also dream it to have a spa to use our casino rewards on, thats the only reason I miss Mountaineer!

Nice! Large with lots of slots! Good selection! Not much action however! At least while I was there (9pm-1am). Nice facility, friendly, clean, not real smoky but not real busy then either. Would have been nice if they had a small self service beverage area like most other casinos!

So fun! It's a great place and so close to home! I walked out with absolutely no money and had fun losing it.

Not a place that shows true value for fun. Never left a winning at all. No hosts at night or weekends. Look at the casino and how nice it is. The people have to loose a lot. Only foolish give this thieving place the money. Treated terrible by host and staff. All about money, no fun! Spent a lot, comps never paid anything. If from out of town, don’t waste your time to play slots, guaranteed to loose! I know! Five stars for being best legal thieves in America

They lured me in last week for the prize every day in may. I received a certificate for a free pizza with the expiration being 6/5. So I go yesterday, blow some money and go for my pizza. The pizza shop was closed! When I went to the players club asking to get money off at one of their other restaurants I was told there was nothing they could do and said I should've known the pizza restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I think the machine that spit out the certificate should've known not to say it was good till Tuesday. What a scam.
6/8 I received a call from the rocksino offering a free food comp to compensate for my free pizza. I am very satisfied with their quick resolution to the problem. Thanks. I was so bummed out because I love you guys.

This place was horrible, they refuse to call anyone back to speak about there service, there ignorant help, there food at that buffet isnt even good enough to feed my dog. I spoke to the manager he said see what we can do then never came back. I have visited many casinos, I have an extremely good play level and I was totally disgusted with this dump

Mixed bag. Modernized last time when Rocksino began. Not sure if that was 5-10 years ago. Big improvement in facilities with automatic opening doors available for disabled. Personnel typically helpfully and courteous. Generally busier spring and summer best time of year to visit. One can sit outside in better weather with food trucks and live musical entertainment. Music may be country western or rock. Free no charge outside.
Caveat in that most attendees are orderly however, a few are course, crude, and vulgar as their normal state of mind. Little children may hear vulgarity so don't go their if you find that offensive. I don't think I would be their with a 3 year old in January. You may get questions about the F word! All in customarily a pleasing entertainment venue. Could use new seats at Carroll's which cost extra on Saturdays. These seats have a TV. Regular channels plus race track channels including simulcast from across America and Australia as well as Hong Cong.

January 1 went to eat and play slots stood in line for about 45 min. To hour to eat had free lunch buffet. Told use we had to pay 14 dollars because it was a holiday. Very disappointed didn't get buffet. Hope you look at this.

At the Hard Rock casino had a wonderful time food great, very friendly Employees. I will be going again soon

I've been to a lot of casinos including this one. The payouts are horrible. When it first open it was great. They never comp anymore and it's not just me. I work with a lot of people and they are all saying the same thing.

Saw an awesome show.seating could have been arranged better.but overall nice enough. Drinks were pricey as usual for an event.but the food was horrible!

We had a meal at the Hard Rock Buffet and then went to see Gladys Knight. The concert was first rate but short. The food from the buffet was disappointing. We ate there last year and the food was exceptional. This year not so much.
