The manager is very rude and do not care about services. If you ask him a question he ignore you like you are garbage. Incredible. We suffering of a different pandemic now.

An hour to get lunch to go. Poor quality food. Old rubbery sandwich and cold fries. No ice or napkins. And front counter clerk said she would not eat here.

Waited in drive through for over 10mins at 12noon. They told me I was waiting for mushroom sauce for a mushroom Swiss hamburger. When I finally received my order all the food was unfit to eat and very cold. The mushroom Swiss burger did not have absolutely any mushroom sauce on it. I will never visit this location again.

I want to give a shot out to Cam who was working this store today by himself. He was a very organized, patience, courteous young man. He filled everyone’s order correctly and even brought our food to the table. Not sure of the circumstances why he was by himself, but he fulfilled the assignment of coming to work today.

Each time ago this is Hardy’s this young man named Cam is very patient professional and has good customer service. No matter how backed up the drive-through line is he is patient and a professional worker, the chicken club is always made perfectly and always fresh.

Everything was wrong with this visit. The curly fires we ordered were old regular shoestring fries, and did I say old.the onion rings may have been even older.looked like they found some onion rings under the make line and decided to serve them rather than make fresh. The picture is of the sides in the garbage can, which is where they ended up, not edible at all. The potato bun that should've been on my sandwich was a sesame seed bun, not what's pictured or advertised with the particular sandwich that I ordered. The kids meals were missing the kids part.no toy, no bag, just tossed on with the rest and gave the kids Dr. Pepper instead of the sprite we ordered. The store was just a hot mess. We will not return. Minimum wage seems fair to me since the fast food industry is as minimal as you can go, and the attitudes and customer service level matches that minimalist mind set. Customer service is dying and employees want raises without raising the bar of their work ethics, no thanks. Just cook the food fresh, serve how ordered, and use your manners.simple as that people.

Staff seemed very rude. The lady taking my order kept cutting me off repeatedly at the drive through all the way until I finished my order.

We got our order at the window and it was missing half of what we ordered and after eating the food made me nauseous. Possibly undercooked it prepared and kept for too long under heat lamps?

Another place with little help. I told the manager that with the lack of help, they should be closed for Thanksgiving, Christmas and even New Years, instead of trying to get the last nickel.

This was the 1st time here and the last time here. They couldn't get my order right. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with the egg on the side. They put the cheese on the egg with the back in the container. They didn't even put the cheese and the bacon on the biscuit. I had to tell them 3 times that I was still missing part of my order. Also there was a guy there that came in for an interview. They told him to come back at 3 because the district manager wasn't there. He said the district manager told him to be there at 10AM.

This location has gone downhill in the past couple years. I pass through here a couple times a month for work, and this used to be one of my favorite stops. Went through yesterday and was told they were out of bacon for my usual order. No biggie. I decided to try something different, so I placed my order and asked for only cheese and ketchup on the burger. He double checked with me and I said yes, only cheese and ketchup. As I pulled away, I checked my sandwich to make sure it was right. THEY COVERED THE ENTIRE BURGER WITH KETCHUP! BUN AND ALL! I was so upset I threw it out. I should have taken a picture, but forgot before I had already thrown it out. Fries were stale and cold. I can only imagine this is the work of children, or some pretty childish adults. I guess I will just have to find another place to stop at when I come through this area. I'm not mad Hardee's, I'm just disappointed.

Food was great, I know every restaurant is short staffed, however waited 10 mins just to order and only 1 person in front of my car.

Pulled up to the drive through at around noon on a Saturday and was told they were closed because the person who could open th register left and they couldn't ring anyone up! Are you kidding me?

They messed up a simple order! But they did make it right.and my sandwich had extra bacon and the toast sticks had extra too!

They're great. Having register issues and I couldn't get a receipt. Thaylts not the employees fault and food still tastes awesome. Go hardee's!

The Burgers are Fresh +Hot, the fries are salted just right, love the shakes.especially the chocolate one's.most chocolate shakes from other fast food restaurant taste like milk.but not Hardee's

The food was not what I expected and it was not very good cashier at the drive-thru got our order confused not happy at all

The owner of this franchise signed up for the save around program. The lady at the window did not know how to put the coupon code in so basically we redeemed one coupon on the Save Around app and drove off with no food. She got on the phone to call a higher up to ask with literally 5 people behind me in the drive through. We sat for 5 minutes at the window to leave with no food and had redeemed one of the coupons. I called Save Around and they said that the franchise owner or district manager of a corporate store must agree to being in the program. It is designed to get new customers in the door. We will never go to this Hardees again. And actually I’m glad we did not get anything from this Hardees after reading the reviews on here about poor quality food.

Charles was the greatest and kindest worker who looked out for all of us in the car. Pleased to meet him and will be returning very soon!

Went there today for the first time since I was 7 and Charles proceeded us exceptional service from racking jokes to being patient with us while we ordered we stopped here randomly while on a trip and I’m glad we did we will be going out of our way to come back here again!
