Hardee's, Bidwell OH

It all depends on what time you go in to ear here. Sometimes the staff are friendly and sometimes they are not. To the point I have been ready to leave because of their dispositions.

The cheeseburger was okay. Somebody behind the scenes was having or recounting a little drama, which maybe was happening at a decibel level it shouldn't have been, since we could hear it. The place wasn't busy.

Got No1 from the menu. It was good

The pictures in the menu actually under promise on your meal. And then they over deliver. My burger was almost twice the size of the photo of the already "monster" burger

Had a great time at thus location. Always make it a habit to stop and eat breakfast here.

Love the mushroom and swiss, never had any issuse with quality of service at this location.
The removal of onion rings from the menu is extremely unfortunate, will affect future possible visits.

The service is always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. This location is inside the Loves Travel, which is always super clean as well.and that's saying something for a truck stop! I get burgers without cheese, so once again, it took 2 tries to get one burger minus the cheese. The supervisor was quick to make it right and even donated the first sandwich to my dog that was more than happy to have cheese in it. Another fact about this place is that it has an awesome fenced in area (dog park) where customers can sit, eat, stretch their legs from traveling and the fur babies can do the same, in a safe, fenced area. I wish I could say better things for the food. My husband absolutely loves the place and their sourdough Frisco burger, so I took the average between the 2 of us for the star rating. He adds "it's a 5" and Chunky Boy definitely agrees!

If you want grilled chicken I wouldn’t go here they can’t cook and definitely don’t know how to grill chicken! They will serve you raw chicken just like Wendy’s

Kids loved it and it filled us up. They said a lot better than mcdonalds and kids meal you get more

Wow what a team they have! My order took less than a minute and all the others were popping likewise, have not been impressed like that since I left restaurant business myself, angus Swiss burger was delicious and Frisco angus burger as well. Great leadership, very much impressed!

Check ur food before you walk out and leave. I would give zero stars for food. Two cheeseburgers and both were stone cold. Cheese was just like straight out of fridge. No hint of melt anywhere. Seriously. So that tells you how cold they were. Bottom bun felt like it had sit out and hadn't quite thawed in middle. Cold to touch. Not any warmth to either beef pattie. Large curly fry not even warm. Not edible. Should have thrown all of it away. Ya save your calories up and get this. Worst Hardee's experience ever. $5 & $6 burger and $3 fries. Just a waste. The staff was friendly, but apparently not quality minded. Hope Hardee's management and the staff does better so they can have a job. Not a good fit for Loves Truck Stop quality. And it was lunch time. 11: 46 am. Sad, sad, sad.

This Hardee's is really good place to stop. I have never had a bad experience and I've been eating here for years. It's part of the Love's truck stop. The food here is always fresh, hot, made to order, and fast. The staff is always kind and curious. You feel like family when you stop here. By all means, stop by and enjoy. Thanks for a great service.:)
