Hardee’s, Brookville OH

Drive thu was slow like always.food was good and hot. But it hard to eat biscuits and gravy with no plastic ware and no napkins. Thank you

Not a stand lone store, located in a BP Gas Station. Cleaning was being done too close to where the food is being prepared. I wasn't overly impressed with the staff.

Only one person working. And no one knows how to use the Hardee's app. Was trying to use a 2 meal deal on app and no code to use with it.this isn't the first Hardee's I've been to that knows nothing about it.needs to be changed to be used like McDonald's app. I have all kinds of free stuff but can't use it. And bring back the onion rings I don't eat potatoes

I grew up with loving Carl's Jr. I was under the impression Hardee's was the same place just on the east coast. Nothing could be further from the truth. None of the great sides I expected. Burger was dry not dripping with sauce. Service took forever. I read a review saying be ready to wait a while for your food but I was the only car in the drive thru, ordered one burger with fries and it took over 18 minutes. Seriously and the employee was more concerned about staying warm then providing great service. I understand it's cold but the customer should matter more. Not impressed. Would not recommend. Try one of the other 5 options that are right there.

This is the closest Hardee's to us. We have stopped here a few times. The food is always good. I got the mushroom Swiss burger and he got the Frisco burger. At this visit the get it yourself drink machine was down and the tables needed cleaning. The girl that waited on us was nice. We even had hot fries (plus). It is in with a gas station so it's small. But don't let that stop you. They have a drive-thru too.

I was wanting to comment on my sausage egg & cheese muffin, it was damn good! I'll get that again. Lil bit of a wait but very good. I love that Hardee's in Brookville

It was great food, but clearly under staffed when you have to wait about 10 minutes before getting your food. Not to mention, the pictures outside the building are so old that the picture of the biscuits looks like someone welding something. The only reason I knew it was a biscuit was because it said that in the printed words. Update needs done and definitely more staff members. Also, why did you guys discontinue the onion rings? !

Worst possible experience ever. Rather starve than go through an experience with their staff again. Stay away at all costs.

It was going to be $40 for 3 meals that was supposed to be 815 each. Then we wanted a refund and the girl said oh well like we just had to deal with it. Ask for the manager the manager didn't know how to put the reimbursement on the card so she gave me cash back. They were real rude never go there again.

If they took any longer to fill your order it would be tomorrow. Slow doesn't describe the service accurately. Hardee's needs to go learn from Carl's Jr.

I go here most days for lunch before work. The Frisco Burger and hand breaded chicken sandwich are my favorites. Always tastes great and I can always tell the food is fresh. I always get my fries fresh and hot. I suggest this over the other places around any day.

The people working at this Hardee's are so friendly and nice. I drive right past several other fast food places because of the people at Hardee's.

Best food in town! Always love stopping in there and seeing the friendly faces and enjoying the great food!

Western Burger was great, the young girl at the drive through window was fairly pleasant (for 9PM), but it took awhile to get my change for a $20 (not a real big surprise in the plastic economy) and, for being the only customer.the wait for only one burger seemed excessive.
It was good that the burger was excellent!

Enjoyed the Sausage, Egg, Cheese Croissant for Breakfast. Very good tasting and a nice size portion. Asked for sausage well done. Took only 2 min.wait time total. Fast!
