Dr. Anthony and all the office staff explained everything they were doing and helped make both of my kids feel comfortable!

When I scheduled initially my child’s dental check up 6 months in advance I asked for after 3: 00 pm because it was for school aged child. The receptionist stated that only 3: 00 pm is available I stated that it may put us back by a few minutes as the school lets out at 2: 50. I kept our 3: 00 pm appointment albeit arrived at 3: 10. The receptionist was very standoffish, stated she was surprised we came at all, overall she did not make eye contact or smile. She hesitated, but asked the hygienist if they would see my son as we arrived late and hygienist agreed. The hygienist was calm, accommodating and sweet even when my son was a bit squirmy and she provided excellent service. The Doctor was very thorough and personable. When I went to schedule a routine check up to the check out receptionist, it felt that I was in a different practice zone as again this staff did not make eye contact, and seemed to be either having a bad day or did not care about their job or both. Then this staff proceeded to tell me that I was late coming which has been addressed previously and clearly was un constructive and argumentative and occurred in-front of my child, as we have completed the treatment and the visit and we’re checking out I indicated that I am aware I was 10 min late and that another 2 staff members already addressed it. When again I stated that my son is a school aged child and needs an after 3 pm appointment I clearly saw a front office check out employee make a definitive eye roll and I wasn’t told all of the appointments are taken until November 22 and she cannot schedule or look for appointments past November 22, and present appointment was taking place in May. This staff stated they cannot look for other appointments as there is none and we cannot go past November, I asked to wait list us for cancellation but this staff did not make effort to do so. So we left without an appointment, very disappointed particularly because it felt that the excellence of clinical and dental staff is tainted by poor interpersonal skills and poor attitude of the office staff. It’s so contrasting and feels like visiting 2 different practices. I am understanding of people having bad days but those conversations should not happen in front of a child coming in for a dental visit, but I really hope we were treated so differently because of those employees having a bad day and not because of lack of cultural awareness and my foreign accent.

My daughter had to go the first time when she was 10 months old the dr was fast and informational. He took care of her even when she screamed. We came back for a check up when she was 17 months and she got them cleaned and flouride and again the female dr was fast and efficient while my daughter screamed. She was quickly happy. The front desk staff were friendly and prompt and the waiting room is amazing! Glad to have a nice clean place to take our little one

The whole staff at Haring is so sweet and patient with my three kids. I have to drag my kids out of the office bc of the playground and video games. They never complain about going to the dentist!

Super clean. Professional and knowledgeable service staff. Able to thoughtfully take care of neurodivergent kiddos. Environment reduces kids’ anxiety about going to the dentist. We love Dr. Moy! She is kind, and also very thorough. Couldn’t be happier. Quality is second to none.

Visited for a consult. They took time to thoroughly explain each issue and why we should monitor them rather than take immediate (and expensive) action. Definitely left with a better understanding of the situation than before, and they advised against pursuing previously recommended pricey and unnecessary procedures. Would gladly visit again.

Our first visit was great. Our second visit my daughter was not in a great mood so she was upset which is understandable. Everyone acted like she was a nuisance, like they had never heard a crying baby. I had to remind them to do the fluoride treatment. Afterwards I gave this feedback to the practice and never heard back. I recently learned the practice has been sold. It’s really too bad.

My daughter loves it here! So clean and the staff is friendly. She loves that there are things to keep her entertained while we wait, which is never long. Would recommend to any parent with young kids who might be nervous about the dentist.

We moved an hour North of Dublin 3 years ago and I am happy to make the drive to Haring Pediatric Dental based on the level of care provided and the staff. Always professional and on time.

The check in process is fast and I love that the next 6 month check up appointment is scheduled after you check in at the front desk.

Dr Moy was great. She gave extensive advice about diet, brushing, caries, oral health and all. She’s patient, and effective.
