When Eastgate Harely let me down Buckminns atleast got me the right size part I needed.

Buchminns has been able to get me inner tubes and even a passenger foot peg that I use on my Triumph when the useless Triumph of Cincinnati couldn't.

In and out with what I need every time.

They are great.good service and they back their products.they also have a great selection an parts and clothing i highly recomend them.

Disappointed! I have been going to Buckman’s D&D Harley for quite some time. I have made lots of purchases and also referred several people there for buying bikes and parts. Kent has treated the clients that I sent him very well and has been very helpful. Gean and the parts department staff have been very helpful & knowledgeable in getting my parts.
What a disappointment I’ve had with the service department. I only needed a estimate on 4-5 parts! I was told to bring my bike in on Saturday because it was first come first serve. There were only two bikes in front of me, to get oil changes beginning at 8 AM on Saturday.they did not get to my bike on Saturday! Also, they did not get to my bike on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or even Thursday. Every day I called and the response I was given was, there are a couple of bikes in front of you each and every day! 6 days and no estimate. I finally had to stop the bleeding and go pick up my bike without any service estimate. Again, VERY disappointed.

Got me a couple very cute t-shirts and a cute Cross body purse for great great prices! If you are in the area STOP IN FOR SURE! The sales staff were so nice! Thanks

Took there riders class to get license coming from riding dirt bikes my whole and never being on street bike I learned alot instructors where very good and showed us the right way to do everything on a motorcycle. Now to just buy a bike hope the wife let's me.

Good place but lack of inventory I need boots I been there 6 times in 5 weeks no new inventory or boots in my size of 10,1/2 brake buckle

Tried to do chat n dude had no clue so I called n asked if they had fold up gog5 there fee sale.again put on hold I gave up

I've been to many Harley dealerships all over the country. Buckminns is my all time favorite. The service is always top notch and professional. The guys and gals here will always go to the limit to help you with anything Harley. Luckily for me, l only live 25 miles away. If your in the area, make it a point to stop by. You definitely won't be sorry.

There are many dealers in the area from Cinci to Dayton and I go to most of them. Buckminn's is clearly at the top of the list. No pressure sales, friendly staff and nice variety of merchandise and stocked parts. Not the biggest showroom but still many new and used bikes to look at.

Had my Road Glide in for a 10k service and Clutch recall. Rode it for a week and knew something was still wrong with the clutch and they took care of the problem quickly. Great service shop and parts department. Will definitely be back.

Nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Great bike lineup, lots of attire to choose from. Nothing not to like here. I'll be back.

Wife said I should get an HD so I went and bought my first bike in 20 years from Buckminn's D&D HAD.

Enjoyed my visit to Buckminn's D&D this evening. Haven't been there for quite awhile since selling my last bike many years back. Very friendly staff, no pressure and willing to answer any questions. The guy at the parts counter even suggested I wait until next month to receive a 25% gift for my bday month! That's gonna save me some $$ on the new seat and a couple misc parts I was pricing! Will definitely be back and I'm comfortable saying this will be my "go to" hometown Harley Dealer! -Ride safe

Comfortable atmosphere, with very friendly staff. The dealership had great social distancing measures set up.

Needed parts that weren't in stock they were special ordered and I was told they would require at least a week to come in they were ready in 3 days. Thanks for the help.
