Worst part is the cost. Like most modern places the rent is too high but they slap on an extra 75 bucks plus 10 a day for everyday you're late. Feels a bit impairing and counter productive for those trying to get by and wanting to feel safe.

Stayed here as an AirBnB for 7 days. The neighbours are very kind and is a very quiet place, the bad thing is how dirty the corridors and elevators are. I'm amazed it remains dirty with food on the floor for days. Is pet friendly so don't get scare of massive dogs joining you in the elevator. My apartment was alright, but very dusty, should have cleaned up before our arrival, we asked for cleaning supplies to clean ourselves, took three days to deliver, but we thank the team very much for replying within minutes for any message we sent. Second floor lobby got a free starbucks machine with three blends of coffee, hot cocoa and chai tea lattes until they ran out (2 days jaja), the area is good and the small rooftop is a nice area to hangout.

Lived here since August. The people complaing on here got tossed out because they couldn't pay rent. I never had a problem. Location is amazing. Staff in the Harlow are always nice and accommodating. Gym, starbucks machine, pool table, skydeck and monthly events keep me here.

I recently stayed through an Airbnb. I feel as though we were VERY misled. The description of the apartment and what the apartment actually was, were two different things.

The apartment was dirty, walls are paper thin, the bed was questionable, dirty blankets, and bad smell throughout the entire building.

I attempted as well as my husband on several occasions to communicate with the name we were given for questions or concerns about the stay and nothing. It was really disappointing and truly would stress to stay away. Spend your money elsewhere. You will be happier and less stressed. Renter beware.

My friend and I stayed at Harlow through AirBnb and I would not recommend them at all. The walls are paper thin, therefore we got no sleep the nights we were there. We could literally here the full conversation of our neighbors. The showers get water everywhere since the shower wall doesn't extend long enough. The sink faucets are backwards as well, hot is actually cold and cold is actually hot.

The cherry on top to our experience was my tires and rims being stolen off my car while it was parked on their "private property". Another car in their lot also had this happen on the same night. They team was extra communicative during our entire stay until this incident. They then become very quiet and took a long time to respond. They did allow us to stay an extra night, free of charge, but the whole incident was very unacceptable.

I lived in the Harlow for a year & recently moved out. It was the worst place I’ve lived and I just had awful experiences. The place rents out apartments as Airbnbs, which wasn’t disclosed to me when I signed my lease & made me feel very unsafe new ppl had access in & out of the building constantly. Management was not good, but did seem to be improving right before my lease ended. The walls in the units are INCREDIBLY thin. You could hear everything even if your neighbors are speaking at a normal volume. It also depends on who is your neighbor. For a few months, someone was renting the apartment next to me as an airbnb & I tried telling the office & after MONTHS of complaints they finally realized & did something. Then, for several months I had a neighbor who blasted music through a stereo ALL night during the week. They were extremely rude & I had to file multiple noise complaints because I couldn’t sleep at night. My only option was to move everythingggg in my apartment to a new unit. Besides that, the building is almost always gross and dirty; the elevator, common areas, outside is littered with trash, trash rooms, hallways. The only good thing about this place was the view & location. It was too expensive for what it was and you have to pay for parking in lots filled with potholes. Maybe it has gotten better but I would not recommend living here.
