My fiancée and I designed her dream customized engagement ring with Jill over several weeks. We looked forward to our weekly visits with Jill, which included delicious coffee, great conversation, and a master class in gemology from Jill and the Jaffes. We also loved seeing our vision come to life with regular videos of their computer-assisted design (CAD) of the ring, replete with the famous Jaffe jingle: “one of a kind… Harold Jaffe Jewelers, ” which my fiancée and I have not been able to get out of our heads for the last few months!

Through every step of the process, Jill and her team had our backs with transparency, honesty, and patience. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for an engagement ring! We can't wait to return for cleanings of the ring and for our wedding bands!

Jeff made the process of designing an engagement ring absolutely amazing and fun! The entire staff is great at what they do and we couldbt be happier with their work! We drove over an hour to get here because of the attention to detail and focus on making the vision come to fruition.

Beautiful jewlery? Yes. Friendly staff? Yes. Why the three stars? Well.

I went in for a custom piece, and was told I'd get a quote, then a CAD drawing of it, then a wax mock up of it. It would take 2 months or so which was not a problem. I started the process and the next thing I know, the item was done skipping the middle 2 steps.

When I went to look at it, I wanted changes - the whole reason I wanted the other two steps, to avoid this. We agreed on the changes and I was willing to give them a second chance.

The 2nd time I went in to look at it, they made half the changes, said if they did any more, they'd have to redo it all, and said this is what I had said I wanted - I distinctly remember saying the correct information multiple times.

I ended up getting the piece because it was still pretty, just not exactly what I wanted and I wanted to be done with it.

Ultimately, I won't go back there for custom or any jewlery again.

Always friendly staff here who remembers not just your face, but also your name (and ring size!) months or even years later. A pretty good selection and a nice cozy feel put this a big step above the chain stores like those in the mall.

If you are looking for a personalized service this is the place! Great customer service and custom pieces.

The owners are SO friendly. My boyfriend bought me a necklace from here for Christmas, and we had to take it back to get the length adjusted and they took their time and didn't rush it. They even brought the necklace out on a tray with little hershey kisses when it was finished. I would highly recommend.
