Melinda did an excellent job showing me how to both use my equipment and to keep it clean. She explained everything in great detail, she should be given a raise for sure!

Everything was fine but I could have had help setting up the Bluetooth. Had a lot of problems

The respiratory therapist was great walked me through my new bipap machine. Very helpful.

I was greeted at the door Roberta took care of me with my oxygen machine very happy gave me a card if I have any questions feel free to call her anytime

I got all my questions answered. Super friendly and explained everything about my machine and how to use all the settings and how to properly clean it. I am so excited just to finally get a goods night sleep!

I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option. Two older ladies were working and I found them extremely rude and unhelpful. I was getting a breast pump and the lady looked at me like I was an idiot and gave me attitude because I haven’t had the baby yet but I’m in my third trimester and had a prescription. She also made a rude comment that my “boyfriend” could just pick it up after the babies born, I’m married and she basically treated me like I’m young and don’t know what I’m talking about. Long story short I would NOT recommend wasting your time getting anything from this place. The staff (well at least the two ladies at the front desk) are extremely rude and don’t seem to know what they’re talking about.

Worse place ever, do not go there for CPAP needs, they are rude and ignorant! They seriously do not have a clue!
