Hart Medical Equipment, Findlay OH

We stopped in bc for multiple days and no phone calls back we were out of oxygen in the canister's we had and our concentrator quit working, this morning we finally where able to to get a hold of someone we where told it was going to be hours before someone could be to our house we asked if it was ok if we bring the concentrator over and switch it out we were informed that would be fine and it would be there for us. We got to the store and magically that phone call was never received with anyone at the store the lady we talked to was RUDE and the looks from the other lady were not any better we were made to feel like imbeciles for doing something that we were told was ok to do we will be switch companies this is not ok.

Stopped in here today for a small part for my machine. The lady behind the counter informed me they wouldn’t sell me anything for it without a prescription. That’s fine, whatever I guess. The real reason for the 1 star was just how f’ing rude she felt she had to be when telling me. If you have any other option, go there first.

P. S. I ordered what I needed from somewhere else before I even left the parking lot.

Sarah Meisner fixed my order within minutes and made sure to get a new order shipped out to me immediately. There was issues with the warehouse and when I called she was on it, emailed me back in timely fashion and followed through with everything she said she would do for me! I am so grateful you have her apart of this company, I have ordered a few things from this company now and Sarah is the reason I will return again and share this amazing experience with other friends and family to order from Hart Medical!

You have an extraordinary employee in Ms. Sarah Meisner, whose graciousness, tenacity, and willingness to assist your customers goes far beyond what one might expect for someone in her position. Ms. Meisner was able to corroborate the details of what I had considered shabby handling of two separate transactions by Hart and to rectify them. She did this with alacrity and efficacy and has made this formerly-disgruntled Hart customer extremely impressed with the caliber of your employees and their mandate to make things right for your customers. I am grateful to Hart but more specifically to Ms. Meisner for her steadfastness, understanding, and outstanding assistance.

All the staff were very friendly. John R who instructed me on the use of my CPAP was very knowledgeable! He answered all my questions in a way I could understand. He also gave me hands on instructions on how to attach the mask and tubing as well as opening the water holder. I would recommend Hart Medical to anyone needing medical equipment.

I had insurance issues but the office did an awesome job getting through and helping me get my machine. Mariea was so great with the instructions on how to use the machine and mask. I couldn't be happier!

Absolutely awsome. The gentleman was so very helpful and explained in great detail. He went step by step on how to apply mask and explained in great detail about cleaning etc. I truly understood everything he said and demonstrated. Thank you so much.
