Been there almost 5 years the place had roaches. Very rude office management. Those full took over cnha and the lie and are trying to get low income people out. They said shooting was done at 2400 that's the front of office not my address. Putting discriminate charges on this place

Do not move there its not worth it they over charge its not worth it at all do.t waste your time or money

This place is a scam do not whatever you do apply here! It’s 30 dollar application fee for everyone and some how we paid 170? So what’s the 100 for. Got denied for said criminal both of us lol neither of us have been in trouble for over 10 years or more. We already knew something was weird when they kept laughing everytime we asked a question about how much money we had to give wasn’t adding up now it does they take the money well the 100 and also on our tour a lady was standing at her door naked while children played smh Dokt waste your time plus someone was washing their clothes in the empty apartments sinks. And lol to the management that replied because I'm already talking to attorneys etc it was only supposed to be 76 dollars y'all pocket the rest we read everything etc so it don't say anything about paying an extra 100 for the office people to split lol. Notice a lot of people get denied but yet you have criminals all over the place. We will get to the bottom of it though.

Absolutely do not rent these apartments! I have black mold in my vents, when it rains my vents fill with water. No AC or heat works when I reach out about the issues they say they will fix it an with my vents they just drain the water out! I moved in March & have been ready to terminate my lease. It's a matter of time before they get shut down due to black mild. Also they towed my car when I live here for a parking pass that I can get time to get because of my work schedule I'm Ober this place never again

The office people are very smart, don't do maintenance on your apartment. Let people come into your apartment when your not home or the maintenance people will give out your key. There's roachs here and bed bugs. This place is a joke very rude to you if your low income or section 8. They treat you like trash.

Bad place to move, don't move in, you're going to have problems with everything, walls full of mildew, water everywhere, maintenance does things halfway. Then they charge you more and they don't want to delete it. Not to mention that there are always problems with parking as they have tags to identify the cars in the parking lot but it's as if that didn't exist. Anyway. Do not fall.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Its Nasty, they don't take of any of the Apts. Just horrible! City needs to be called.

Management is awesome, lot of remodeling and landscaping being done around the property.preventive pest control regularly done.maintenance request taken care of promptly.

Have a bad problem with roaches! And also they have flying roaches and when you call to get them to spray they never do It’s an unpleasant place to live in

Nick and Jacob did a wonderful job and were very professional the maintenance is outstanding and are a quick response

New owners have this place coming together well & the Maintenance man Nick is amazing! There’s been so many repairs that needed done for soooooooo long & Nick got the job done in less than a week.

Jacob is out here keeping the grounds clean always cool when I talk to him keep up the good work guys

Management is amazing they work with you and do what they can and maintenance is impressive with all the new people

The office staff is very kind and always willing to help me with any questions I have! Also, the prices seem decent for a renovated apartment in the area and the updates since the change in management is huge improvement.

I lived here a few years back and it wasn’t the greatest, my friend lives here now and I came to visit. The community has changed a lot. Many new updates, the ladies in the office were very helpful and kind and professional
