They did prep work minor repairs to the walls trim and ceilings. They kept their work orderly and managed their personnel well. The final product of their work was first class. Won't paint older homes due to possibilities of lead paint. With a majority of the homes on the West and North West side of Cincinnati being older this is very disappointing for a paint company to not have this certification. Professionalism would be asking the appropriate questions before scheduling people for a free estimate. And as stated when you arrived and email sorry for being sick and not 100% when you arrived.

Hartman has done multiple projects for us in our new house and I can’t say enough about their professionalism, attention to detail and follow up. I won’t use any other painting service but Hartman at this point!

Great experience from initial bid to final brushstroke, Hartman Painters painter the whole house. Even taking on our family room which had a dark, heavily textured surface, the end result is beautiful.

Everything about the experience has been professional from the estimate all the way through the project. They arrive on time, everyday! Clean up everyday and put things back for us. The crew onsite were very respectful of our time and space. And by the way the paint job is absolutely fabulous. Both my wife and I are particular and they met our expectations on every aspect.

Their crew consisting of Roy, Jimmie and Carl did a wonderful job in refurbishing our church pews. They sanded the bad spots and Roy mixed stains to match the existing stain color. They finished up with varnishing. After the scope of work, they completely wiped down the whole area and vacuumed the floor and carpet to my satisfaction. Before they left the job site they re-inspected the entire varnished pews to make repairs if needed. I highly recommend this company for your project.

We had a 2-man painting team (Roy and Carl) for a 5-day job. They were friendly, professional, worked well together and did conscientious quality work. They were on-time every day. They did several extra touches that were not expressly in the contract to ensure a top-quality finished product. An add-on request for some carpentry work involved a third man (Bo). He was also exceptional.

Painted entire first floor, stairwell and 2nd floor landing area. Work was outstanding! They were professional, on time, respectful and courteous. Have no hesitation in recommending them. Plan on having them do exterior as soon as weather allows. In fact, they just power washed the exterior and plan to paint next week!
