Great for single or couples that don’t have kids. They are small in sq footage but these apts are perfect for an older couple or someone looking for their 1st apt. Rent is around high 600’s-low 700 a month. I would recommend.

Apparently doesn’t allow kids? Since when is that a thing kids don’t need houses too?
