Courteous, attentive, professional.excellent knowledge of what's in the humidor.

If I had to limit myself to one word, it would be "hospitality. " The folks who work there are great. The regular customers also contribute to make a hospitable atmosphere. While there is great wifi and televisions all over the place, the best entertainment is the interesting conversations to be had with other guests. Last, but not least, the cigar selection is fabulous.
Everyone that comes in here is friendly and always open for a great conversation. The staff knows their cigars and are always helpful. Highly recommend.
