Over drugging and forceful meds. I do not recommend this place. Elderly get Haldol shots, that could cause dementia to them. They are killing people with carbon, sulfur, chlorine and fluoride and using artificial die and their injectibles have a oil in it that stays in muscles. Then reaches the lymph nodes and cause cancer and inflammation and epilepsy and lobotomy. They gave me risperdal shot before I left which is causing me anhedonia and insomnia. They messed up my brain, so cruel and stupid. I have so much depression and anxiety after leaving the hospital due to tysen and kalpana vishnupad decision to inject me with Perseris. I am disabled after the shot and regret being there under their care. I wish I could undo it all. I can't get out of bed the whole day and feel like they tried to kill me with this shot. They torture people by depriving them of their dopamine. I wasn't even sick to receive the Perseris shot. Also

Some of the staff is good/kind/respectful. But much of the other staff was rude. It is crazy they don’t allow family visits. The food is horrible and gave people food poisoning. I would never go back here personally. The doctors try to keep you in as long as they can. They don’t give nerve medication.except to the ones who fight and argue and raise their voices. But us the regular patients have to see and put up with everything and can’t get anything after experiencing the traumatic experiences of people put in seclusion and staff getting punched. I would not suggest this hell hole.

I was at Haven about a year and a half ago. They had a few kind staff. The rest I could have done without, not kind or professional. I refer to Haven as Haven Hell. I strHe'll.encourage everyone that I know or meet who have mental illness, to stay away from Haven. It reminded me of what one would expect from a mental hospital in the 1930's or 1940's. Definitely not conducive to mental healing. Food quality and quantity was very very poor. Day room reeked of urine

This place needs help. I was forced to stay at this facility and I have a food allergy. My meal form was highlighted for this food allergy but at every meal, there was something that I couldn't eat or drink. On a positive note, night nurse Melissa is the bomb. She took care of me and listened to my concerns throughout my stay.

My daughter spent a week here. All I can say is RUN! Don’t let your child or family member be admitted here. It’s filthy and it’s a joke of a treatment center I’ve included a pic of her brand new socks after one day there because they take away your shoes

Horrible place. Patients are constantly threatened with "the shot" any time they speak up. No structure at all the food isn't fit for the trash and staff is unpleasant and ignore patients but when they do acknowledge a patient its usually in a confrontational way. The patients there are there for help and I think it does more harm than good. With that being said there were 3 people there that seemed to care wish I recalled their names but they know who they are as I thanked them fot their kindness. The patients need rescued from that place. Horrid.

Absolutely disgusted and horrified by this location. My grandfather was returned from Haven today to his normal nursing home. He lost 44 lbs in 16 days. He was so dehydrated and weak that he was no longer able to walk on his own or move like he was before he left. It was clear he had not been bathed or shaven since he had been admitted. He had multiple uncleaned and unwrapped sores on body, including an infected one on his foot 1/4 inch deep. The nurse at the nursing home was crying while she cleaned him up, and the transportation company said they agreed he looked uncared for and advised us to report Haven to the board of nursing. Haven also misplaced his glasses. We were not allowed to visit him in Haven, but the reports we received while he was there were positive and did NOT mention any of this. It is clear he was neglected, and the family was lied to about it. The transportation company, current nursing home, and family will all be reporting Haven for terrible care and what I would call elder abuse.

Horrible toxic atmosphere in the Dayton Ohio location! The clients are wonderful! But, staff, from top to bottom are inefficient! I could add more, like Mary Beach yelling at clients and yelling up and down the halls, rude to the patients. Quite frankly she shouldn't be allowed to work with the people who come independently, on their own, and then are treated as less than but 2nd hand citizens. Sometimes, it's lower than 2nd hand citizens! I was the yoga instructor for one of their groups, and the clients loved it! Mary Beach from the first day on, couldn't wait to have me removed from my position and offering my expertise to the clients. I am a Certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga Therapy Specialist. Mary Beach definitely was the one who should have been booted, and should not be allowed to work or spread her negative energy to clients who are there, voluntarily, to real care!

My sister was admitted yesterday and there is no visitors allowed which is very alarming. The website states family engagement helps with mental health stability so it’s encouraged. So this is very contradictory. She is very young never been in a place like this she has anxiety and this will give her more anxiety not being able to be with family. This place is not helpful it’s hurting her.we are family oriented she needs her family by her side and she calls but it’s for 20 seconds and she says she just wants to come home but not sure when she can not much information. Seems more like a institution or Jail. I asked the nurse why there is no visitors she said she doesn’t know ask the administrator. Very alarming and scary for a family and patient. I would not recommend! The hospital didn’t recommend either we just picked what was close to home but didn’t expect not to be able to see our love one! I wish we would have read the reviews first omg! I’m amazed even on Glassdoor the employees reviews W. T. H Nobody has called the state on this place? I am a former healthcare worker I am monitoring my family stay this is day 2 I will see how the continued experience goes so far first experience through the door not good!

This place is a joke. One of our family members are being held hostage as we speak. He called last night and asked to be picked up today, we all live over an
hour away, so we got a ride to pick him up and no one would tell him anyone was there. No one would call him or let him call. He doesn't know how this stuff works and they lied to him to make him feel like it was a good place he could go for help.we live in a different city and it was a waste of time making a trip to pick him up like he asked on the phone. Obviously they are not helping people, those kind of places only make people who already have mental health problems worse. They should not exist to help people when all they are doing is only hurting them. It should be against the law! Lies are all they are about!
