Sales process was great. Having complications with my sectional couch (most likely due to Covid) and Havertys is doing everything they can to make it right. I recommend this store.

Roanne was amazing to work with during our visit to the Tri-County store! Working with Roanne and her approach means that we will likely start at Havertys for future purchases, even if we don’t end up buying from here.

We were greeted promptly, but did not feel as if we were overwhelmed by our salesman. We were given space to peruse, but our sales associate was available to answer questions promptly. The process went smoothly and we were pleasantly surprised to find that they offered a veterans discount with proof of ID.

Roanne was very helpful as we were purchasing from the Cincinnati store but the delivery was going to Hilton Head Island so getting the details correct were vital since we need to be down there when it arrives.

Always an excellent experience at Havertys. The salesperson was knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. I waa treated like a valuable customer. The quality of furniture has always been top notch. Highly recommend!

I would never purchase anything from the Tri county store location. The sales manager John was extremely rude.

Joanne and Daniel did an exceptional job of presenting various options for furnishing our living room from colors to curtains to furniture styles and sizes as well as pillows and throws and artwork. Joanne possesses a beautiful talent for interior design and Daniel knows how to work well with people to help them get what they want based on his artistic back ground.

We just came for the bathroom but the sales person did her job and sold the brand of stores well. I would actually consider returning. They have a great selection of furniture and it's not just junk like other stores. Great design and a variety of styles.

Alrhough I appreciated the sales staffs efforts not to be that pushy salesman that uses high pressure sales tactics, I wasn't impressed with the selection available or maybe I was just being too picky altogether. The store layout was great. Clean place. Easy parking.

Anne Lilly was a pleasure to work with. She wasn’t pushy. She let us make our own decisions. She asked us questions and then led us to varies couches. When we left we felt like we knew her forever. She offered to bring furniture from the ware house so we could see what it would look like. We were shopping for a couch and I ended up buying a whole dinning room set. I will come back soon for the couches. She put them together to show me through email. Thanks Anne!

My experience with this location was excellent this was our first time at Haverty, was met with a very pleasant sales lady Jan she was very attentive and gave us plenty of time and information we ended up buying furniture.

PERSONAL EXPIRENCE: One month ago, I was in need of new furniture for my bedroom. I decided to shop around but nothing caught my eye, until I stopped by Havertys.

I saw a beautiful set called Town Center. Both dressers were made of dark cherry wood and featured antique metal handles. One of the dressers had a giant mirror, which I really liked. Inside one of the dressers, it was very spacious and featured a velvet lining and (2) cedar wood bases, to prevent bugs.

Next, I decided to get a sleeper sofa. It folded out into a queen size bed and has a built in memory foam mattress, making it very comfortable to sleep on. I actually decided to get it all wrapped in Capri Italian black leather. It came with to rear support pillows (also in leather).

Now, I wasn't expecting to spend alot on three pieces of furniture but that wasn't the case. Here's what I paid:

Dresser w/mirror = $1,199
Regular dresser = $795
Sofa w/leather = $3,850 (yeah.)
Total = $5,864+

Now that is a CRAZY amount of money but your paying for top of the line stuff that'll last years, even decades. I love my new furniture from Havertys so much!

I purchased furniture about a month ago online and wrote in the comments that I would have no one available to take delivery until after 6pm as they only offered delivery service on Wednesday. Yesterday I got notice that the delivery scheduled for today will be there at 4pm. This morning I get a call asking if I want to cancel the delivery since they just now saw the note about me not being home until 6pm. Really? I'm 34 weeks pregnant and you want me to rent my own truck and come pick up the furniture myself. How many others are able to leave their job at the drop of a hat when notified 24 hours in advance? UPDATE: Their response, "Should have went in store to ensure delivery for free promo. We can help you load here at store but then you could hire someone to help at home. Thanks for shopping here! "
