Had an appointment for vaccine booster. Showed up, and they told me it had been canceled. They made a few excuses that didn't make any sense, essentially blaming me for the issue. I had even called ahead to verify the appointment, and nobody answered so I left a message. Nobody ever responded to my verification message. They never accepted responsibility or offered any other solution. I went to Rite Aid and they promptly and professionally took care of the booster. Night and day difference between the two.
