Absolutely no complaints. Very busy recommend appointments if you dont like to wait. It's busy for a reason so don't criticize because you were waiting.

Customer service is terrible they BARELY acknowledge you if your not Puerto Rican. Rather be on their phone then take care of customers who's been waiting and If you dont know them personally forget even getting a haircut you'll be last.

Definitely deserves 5 stars! I'm a very busy person and when I schedule my appointments he makes sure I am seen at my time scheduled. He does accept walk-ins but keep in mind they can get very busy. I recommend using appointments if you don't have time to wait otherwise it's your fault if you are pissed about waiting. They take everyone in order as you come in for walk-ins and obviously appointments are primary. That is why I always schedule and appointment. I won't be changing barbers anytime soon. Thank you for your above and beyond service!

They do an awesome job on haircuts but customer service skills are terrible. They will keep you waiting because they are on their phones or talking to each other. Also they take their friends before other customers who have been waiting.
