Health Express Urgent Care, North Ridgeville OH

I love this urgent care! I’m always seen very quickly, staff is amazing and so are the doctors and nurses! They are always my go to when anyone is sick in my household and they make me feel like my concerns are taking seriously!

I was seen and treated very quickly. The staff was very nice and they listen and believe you when you tell them what’s wrong.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! They were very good with our almost 2 year old. It was pretty quick for how busy they seemed as well.

I scheduled an appointment an hour before I went and was able to get in within 15 minutes of being there (I filled out paperwork beforehand and the 15 minutes was me giving my card, checking in and waiting). I was in and out with a strep throat diagnosis in 25-30 minutes. All the staff answered all my questions and were very personable. Great urgent care experience!

The staff was friendly and I appreciate their thorough and prompt care. The positive and upbeat energy from the gentleman at the front desk was a pleasant surprise. Had to wait an hour to be seen even with an “appointment”. Must’ve been a busy Saturday morning. My husband has gone during the week with no wait.

This place is great! Even with a lot of sick people coming in, they were turning and burning!

Today was the day after Christmas and the office was packed! The front desk staff handled everyone with poise and professionalism. The staff was kind even though very busy and at times visibly overwhelmed.

Alleywas very pleasant and bubbly. I have been coming here to the North Ridgeville location for years.

We’ve visited this location multiple times in situations where our primary or pediatricians were booked out. We have had excellent care and service here, and Allie is a phenomenal staff member. Her patience, knowledge & respect towards myself and my family are always top notch. Highly recommend!

The staff is super nice and they made it quick and easy, Allie (I think I’m spelling that right) definitely made me feel at ease, I’m not the biggest fan of doctors but I wouldn’t mind coming here again!

Prompt service for a Covid test and paxlovid prescription. Everyone there was very nice and professional.

Love this place! It’s clean and everyone is professional and kind! Anytime my boys are sick or something happens we come here because they’re attentive and fast vs the pediatrician office. I absolutely adore Ally at the front desk she is so sweet especially to my babies! And Ashley the dr is great and fast! Thank you guys!
