Could not recommend healthy pets more. I have been taking my pets here for years. They are always so friendly and helpful. And willing to work through whatever problems may arise

We love Healthy pets of Westgate. They really are part of our family that do care about our animals. I have been going to them for over 20yrs and only trust them with our fur babies. Top notch service who really loves our fur babies.

I just recently moved to the area and was searching for a vet for my furry family. This vet was close to my home and had some good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I have been to two appointments now and I could not be more pleased with the staff and service. The staff is very friendly and the vet seemed to really care about my dog and his health. The reminder texts are very helpful. The prices are average for the city.

Wonderful Vet. Helped me with all the info I needed to make a huge decision. Very sympathetic as well as the staff. Highly recommend this place.

I didn't actually make it there to the facility, but they were very helpful and informative over the phone. Took the time to look things up and explain things to me, and sounded like they really care about the animals in their care. I'll go to them again in the future if/when the need arises.

Ive been coming here for 10 years. Theyre all really amazing. Had an emergency situation today (9/22/23) and was able to be seen right away. Love this place

It's just me but love this place did want I ask to be done and was super kind to my little girl. And didn't try pushing anything on me. And just loved that.

On August 10th I took my cat who I love and miss everyday. I thought she had worms and was shocked that she had a mass in her liver and the vet stated she was very sick. Her body started getting yellow and she was thin. The staff and Vet were good as far as taking care of Doo, which I had to put her down. She was only 6 years old. I am a senior and live on SS. Very small income and I had to find a way to come up with almost $600. I was offered a foot print but they wanted $10. I feel they played on my emotions with the amount they charged me. I was in shock that my baby was so sick and and had to be put Doo down. It is very sad what a Vet can charge. If I did not find that money would they sent me home with Doo to die on her own? I walked out the door without my baby and have a large credit card bill that will take months to pay off.

Dr. Queler and Staff were amazing, knowledgeable, and caring when we had to bring our cat in for an injury.

We were so happy with them that we booked our 2 dogs' appointments with them for next week!

The building is SUPER CLEAN. No bad odors. Dr. Queler and his Staff though are top-notch.

I'm so happy we found a pleasant and competent veterinarian on the Westside!

I only stopped in to purchase CD cat food. They had EXACTLY what 'we' needed, as they always do.

Amazing place and staff. Took wonderful care of my dog and has him on the road to recovery. HIGHLY recommend them.

My dauschund had problems with his teeth. Rushed him there in the morning & they took him right away. Next day swelling was gone and my Buddy was back to normal. He'll have them removed the 14th. Great staff and great Dr.

Hung up on me in the middle of the call, then when I called back proceeded to decline my calls. Also originally hung up because I didn’t not respond fast enough

Not the most professional place in my opinion. Didn’t communicate well at all and hard to get a straight answer from them.

I called and was told they did not have any appointments until 10 days later but I could call on Saturday at 8: 30 am for a 10 am appointment they hold open. I called repeatedly on Saturday begining at 8: 30. Phone went to voicemail and by 9: 30 when no one had answered the phone I gave up. I got an appointment elsewhere.

Over the past few weeks, our family's dog hasn't been eating and showing signs of serious disase or cancer. We took her here, to the vet that she had been seeing for a few years now. They ran some tests and cost us around $800 to have these results sent to a lab to be looked at. We were told we would be called when the results were back in. We were not given any other care or medicine to better the quality of life for our dog. She was left hopeless and depressed until I started doing my own research and purchased almost every available over-the-counter help I could get. A week goes by, we still hadn't heard anything regarding her test results, so we call in to see if they maybe recieved them and forgot. Instead, we were greeted with no recollection of us getting her tested, then no recollection of us paying, and then reassured they they just didn't have them yet because of the Fourth of July holiday. So we continue our at home care with our dog for the following week and still recieved nothing. So we call again to see if there is anything they can prescribe for the symptoms she is having. They prescribe her two meds, the total comes to about $50 and some change. We confirm on the phone that is the correct price and that's with the added fees. Again, we are reassured that it is the correct pricing and no additional fees.

Today, I come in to pick up our meds, money in hand, and I'm told the total is now $87 and some change. I ask to see what we are additionally being charged for. We were getting charged an additional $37 for a recheck/examination that didn't happen. I pay the full ammount and go on with my day. I am saddened and disapoointed that they are more focused on preying on vulnerable individuals than giving reputable and effective care to our dog.
