17This is messed up! I have been trying to get appointment for two weeks now. I do understand the situation at hand. We customer needs better services, you have Senior Citizens Out here Worrying about if they are going to have Heat or Not Over the Winter months.this is Sad
I 1st contacted them in May when my bill was $900 others and they lost my paperwork over the course of 5 months now my bill is almost $2000 I've had no help and they're blowing me off. They told me they can only help with $800 I would have to pay the difference of that before they would help me whereas where as in May I could have done that but now it's not even conceivable and it's their fault they kept losing my paperwork every time I would drop it off I would hand it to the receptionist and somehow my case worker would not receive it. So ridiculous and mismanaged it makes me sick.
Horrible service to the point I have to protest to get a investigate started. I applied back in May but they somehow lost my documents so my next appointment was unfortunate as well I can’t even remember what excuse they used so Im in a first time mother program and they had me to reach out. Then I got answers & results. So that got me an appointment on 7/23/21 submitted all documents still no funds was added to my account. So now today I have less than 1day to be without power talked to the manager TIFFANY explained everything she told me to go online but knowing the system was down I was doing the application while she was on the phone but she rudely told me she can’t stay on the phone she have another call she has to get to cause I told her the system wouldn’t let me sign up. So I Called another employee name Wanda & guess who was calling Wanda, yup TIFFANY to discuss me & they system being down. Wanda said she was going to call me back & guess what no call from Wanda & now the office is closed

I sent all my paperwork a week before the appointment to be told that they didn't receive all the paperwork, there's got to be a better way. Some issues like that causes huge problems.
Had an appt this mrng 6/14 at 845 and nobody has called me and I can't seem to get thru to a person.thanks for the fake help now I'm still struggling to pay my gas bill
Terrible service.lady refused to show me how to pull up the stuff on the computer.then she tells me to go to the library they would help. So rude I just couldn't believe it
This is bad bad bad you can't make appointments because they have no times available. When you are called for your appointment I was told by a worker she would email me something the next day and it didn't happen now I don't know what to do or if they will help me. They need to at least have people answering phones so you could talk to someone.
The Attitudes for No Reason all the time. Now that this Pandemic it there are mean, how you supposed to get things if they are still close. There Attitudes are not Cause for.
Its was interesting, they were having a meeting, but I was still allowed to drop my paperwork off, hopefully when looked at my bill will be taken care of AMEN
You have all they ask for, but still want more.and why make a appointment if you're not going to be seen at that time!
The worst experience ever RUDE receptionist and your not seen At your scheduled time I don’t recommend going to heap office on 2203 superior the worst experience ever. If your late to your appointment they turn you away but they don’t call you at your schedule time! Why make the appointment to begin with!
It is horrible, I had appoinment at 11am, I arrived at 10: 30 and I have wait almost 5 hour for be attended.
I came to the office to to do a change off income and they closed the door 10 minutes before 12 for lunch the lady said to come back at 1: 00 the she was sorry she can even take copy and at least have someone call me with the changes
The Employees are unprofessional, it’s a hassle getting an appointment i waited 2 hours on top of waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment, they then told me they could not verify my pays stubs that they claim were dated wrong when my employer printed them right from their computer. They treat people unfair because you are in need of their service, I think they need a better professional team who takes pride in helping the customers
Called early in the morning and it keeps saying no time slots available for appointment's this is bs
Called many times between 7: 45 and 8: 05 just to not get an appointment. Trying to figure out why is it so hard to schedule an appointment. This has got to be one of the most ridiculous scheduling methods i have ever seen. I mean who wants to call this place hundreds of times every morning at 8pm as if we don't have lifes just to get one appointment if you are lucky.
