My entire experience at Hearall Hearing Center was excellent. I didn't have to wait and my options were explained to me. I'm looking forward to ordering new hearing aids soon!

Got my first set of hearing aids today and the experience was great. I met Brittany as few weeks ago to review my last test and options. She really educated me on the different choices and helped with a discount from my Medicare supplement. The equipment came in ahead of schedule and she spent over a hour with me today going over the set-up and adding to my phone. We have a follow-up scheduled in two weeks and I can already tell an improvement in lifestyle activities.

Sound Hearing Care is awesome. Barb receptionist is super friendly & efficient. Dr. Erickson is very personable & genuinely concerned for your best hearing experience. I would highly recommend this Mason office.

HEARALL saved the day when I had failure of my left Phonak hearing recently. I was able to walk in and Barb arranged to have Brittany see me after just a few minute wait. She had the parts in stock to fix it right away and insisted on doing a firmware update at the same time. Great service especially for arriving "unannounced.

Brittany Erickson was the audiologist who tested my hearing and discussed the results with me. She also spent time explaining various types of hearing aids and how they work. My hearing aids are 7 years old, so she pointed out the improvements that have occurred since then.
Every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. Brittany and Barb, the receptionist, are both quite friendly. Besides purchasing new hearing aids, I enjoyed the experience at Hearall Hearing Center and highly recommend it.

One of my hearing aids stopped working and the other was having issues. When I called Hearall Hearing I got an appointment for the next day at the Mason office. The audiologist was professional and very knowledgeable and determined what the problem was with the aid that was not working and fixed it. She sent the other out for repair and provided me with a loner. They saved the day andI am very grateful.

This is a TRUE hearing clinic. They represent the 5 major brands of hearing aides and look out for your best interest. Many other locations only SELL one brand and have crazy high prices. Highly recommended.

I HAVE TRIED 3 TIMES TO GIVE A GREAT REVIEW, BUT IT DISAPPEARS. SO,
BRIEFLY-BRITTANY & BARB AT HEARALL HEARING CENTER ARE THE VERY BEST TO GO TO, IF YOU ARE HAVING A HEARING PROBLEM.
BARB IS A VERY CONGENIAL & HELPFUL RECEPTIONIST.
BRITTANY IS THE AUDIOLOGIST-SOLVED MY PROBLEM & OFFERED SOME GOOD ADVICE.
WHEN NEEDED, WILL DEFINITELY RETURN

Very good customer care. Did not rush the exam and gave adequate status of my hearing (or lack there of). Gave options for future hearing devices.all personnel was very cordial.

Dr. Combs tested my hearing more in depth than any other Specialist in the past. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood the problems I was having. My new hearing aids work excellent with my iphone. Friends and co-workers are jealous over the features and control that I have using my phone to adjust the hearing aids with changing environments. It's amazing to listen to my phone conversations, music and TV directly to my hearing aids and being able to tune out some or all background noises.
