If your picking up from here good luck your going to sit there and wait for hours for somebody to come out and help you

I'm a janitor here, it is actually a really good place to work, the people are not to bad, and they do a good bit for employees

I really thought Carvana would be a great place. I enjoyed working there. I’m here to tell you if you have any unanticipated medical issues such as thyroid cancer and bleeding ulcers they will let you go in a New York minute. Very disappointed since the culture they extend is one of understanding, family, wellness, etc.something has to change in the Heath, OH Inspection Center.

Do not buy from them and do not work for them! Worst ran joke of a company I e seen in a while. Cars get passed during inspection just because it’s Friday and they want to hit numbers!

Ohh Carvana, where to start besides saying this place is great! Wonderful people and a wonderful place to work!

Supposed to pick up a vehicles. Security said stay behind your truck someone will come to you. Have been sitting here for a two and a half hours and nobody come. During that time I asked security multiple times and nothing.

Arrived on Saturday to pick up the car, the dispatcher made an appointment, came here it turns out they do not work, because of them now my entire flight was ruined, unqualified employees

Fixes cars stained carpet with rim spray pain, colors paint chips in with Sharpe markers, fixes broken plastic with bubble gum I've seen it first hand working there in QC before it gets photos done. Wont ever buy a car from them id rather buy from a junk yard.

Work you hard, make you feel guilty for having a life, and don't care about you as an individual
