Very thorough, really knowledgeable, and great communication skills. What more could any one ask for? I even learned a few things. A good visit. Well more than five stars.

Heather Smith is hands down the best OT I have ever been treated by. Her knowledge and compassion is unmatched. She was able to see a-lot of things I was feeling and struggling with that other PT’s had missed, or said weren't problem. Her guidance with seeking more specialists to treat these problems has led to a pretty rare diagnoses. That went undiagnosed for over 6 years but is treatable! I can honestly say I owe my life to her!

She was kind. When the extent of my ended & pain began, she had me stop & that was where therapy began. The therapy for use at home is easy. She texted me the guidance w photos of how to properly do the motion.
I was ready to leave sore when I walked in. I left feeling good. I also felt accomplished as she prescribed & I done a motion that put my right elbow on the table w out creating pain. I’ve not done that for a long time. Thx

Heather is great! She seems to understand what is causing all of my aches and pains and gives the necessary treatment and home exercises.

After trying several therapists, it was easy to see that Heather is in a league of her own. Heather is very kind, knowledgeable, and does not rush. She asked the right questions, reviewed my MRI and conducted a thorough physical evalutation determining that my posture is the cause of my shoulder pain. She taught me exercises to improve and strengthen my posture and made sure my techniques were solid, explaining what each exercise is doing for me. I can't wait to see her again to compare my progress!
