My first visit to the Heatherdowns Veterinary Clinic was a pleasant one. Everyone was friendly and took good care of my cat. I like the idea of waiting in my car until they are ready for your appointment. My cat is shy and doesn’t do well sitting in a waiting room around other dogs and cats.

Loved it! Our golden and our St Bernard were taken care of in a kind and friendly manner. We moved from out of state and only want the best for our dogs. We are very pleased with our choice to visit Heatherdowns!

Don't make the mistake of paying deposit and canceling appointment well in advance, they will not refund your deposit.

Dr Bart and staff at the Heatherdowns Veterinary Hospital is the best, they are awesome! They take good care of my pup Duncan when he goes in for a visit. The best vets around the area are at Heatherdowns! Give them a try

This vet clinic is amazing and they take such good care of your pets like they were their own. If you want a great place to take your pet and know they are well taken care of you need to go to heatherdowns veterinary clinic

I've never been to a veterinarian clinic that is so inconsiderate and unprofessional. On numerous occasions we have shown up for appointments early and have been left sitting outside in the parking lot for 30-60 minutes with zero communication. We have submitted requests for prescription refills, through the app, for our dogs monthly flea, tick and heartworm pill and they have been left unanswered and unfilled on numerous occasions leading to gaps in our dog's protection. These people do not care about the health or safety of your pets. Please do your research and find a veterinarian that will actually care and support your beloved fur babies!

Confidence/compassion. These are the words that best describe my experience at Heatherdowns veterinary clinic. The care that my Bernie doodle, Shelby received when being spayed and the compassion that was shown by Dr. Megan Gardam, Rachel RVT and Lauren RVT, prompts me to express a high deal of appreciation for providing the care that every pet owner wants for their little one. Words cannot express my gratitude for the personal and professional care that was provided during my visit. Highly recommended! LET ME REPEAT: HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This place was absolutely amazing! I had to take my boyfriend’s dog to be put to sleep, and the staff and doctor were so terrific, and helped me through everything.

True compassion for animals! Like any doctor visit animals are nervous. The staff take the extra time and effort to make the animal comfortable and thoroughly went through step by step on how to make my cat healthy again:)

The vet technician, Lauren, and the veterinarian, Dr Megan, were very helpful, informative and professional! My cat received the best care and both Dr Megan and Lauren were very thorough and able to keep my skittish cat calm.

We've been pet patients for decades and you have cared for all sorts of our pets throughout the years. Now our children are grown and they also have become 2nd generation patients. Our family deeply appreciates everything you do for our "fur babies"!

I wouldn’t trust my fur babies to anyone else! I have been seeing Dr. Bart prior to opening his own business. He’s excellent and the staff is top notch!

Terrible service! They wanted my dog to be without her preventative heartworm medication for SIX WEEKS before they felt like seeing her. She was a current patient when we attempted to schedule a more timely appointment. They did not care about her at all.

Have been going to Heatherdowns Veterinary Clinic since it was Dr. Christopher's on Glendale. The employees and veterinarians are so caring and respectful of both people and their pets. I just want to say Thank You to all of the wonderful people who work there and so do Zoe, Gerard, and Gatsby.
