Heinen's Grocery Store, Mayfield Village OH

What I really like about Heinen's is that the people who work there are really great.
Their bakery is the best around.
Their prices are a little higher than the other stores though. Plus. I had a coupon on my store card that didn't activate and the issue was resolved immediately

Of the many grocery stores in the area, I have found Heinen's to be the most expensive. However, their prepared hot meals, bakery, wine and beer selection are very good. Certain items can only be found at Heinen's.

My favorite of the grocery store chains because of the cleanliness of the store and their selection of items. Some things can be pricey, so just make sure to buy when there are deals or figure out what items are better bought elsewhere. I love the Heinen's salad bar, too!

Plenty of help. If lines checkout 4 or more they open more. Employee capable and friendly. Low employee turnover. Prices rather high but good sales.

Half of the employees have attitudes now! I talked to the general manager and he basically said I dont care. If they dont like the job they are doing, then find another one! And good luck with that.

I thought this store was the perfect size, clean and had very well trained staff. The product selection was impressive as well.

The only Grocery store I shop at. The prices are a little high but exceptional customer service and quality food.

Wish we had one in Florida! High quality food, good prices & can get small portions of veggies, fruits or meats individually packaged that make it easy for singles or small families not wanting to purchase large portions.

Check out is appropriately staffed, including baggers. Excellent selection of meats and produce.

There is a large selection of vegan food, organics, alongside popular brands. The produce is always fresh and provides variety like no other grocery store nearby. They sell some household items and self care items, but the majority of those items are natural/organic.

My son and I go almost every week and we always see smiling faces and always receive help when needed. Not as much items as the bigger stores but better products by far.

Love the produce. I can always find more exotic fruits and veggies of decent quality. Bakery and sushi is pretty good as well.

Best local Cleveland grocery store. Possibly more expensive on average than Giant Eagle, but produce quality and selsection is generally better, and timing sales makes the overall bill competitive. Prepared foods are well-made and reasonably prices. Friendly and caring staff make this our favorite place to get food!

There's never a Heinen's that I go into that isn't as clean and tidy as can be with professional staff. And can find things that I can't finding other stores

Better than Giant Eagle but less selection. Helpful staff. Unfortunately if you have experienced Publix in the South you will be disappointed.

Small store, so limited brand selection. However the quality of their selection is above average and prices are reasonable on most items.

They have the most knowledgeable workers and the best service around well worth the extra you pay.

LOVE Heinen's! Not the cheapest by far, but excellent produce, meat, prepared foods & bakery. Won't compromise on these by shopping anywhere else. Just get your cleaning supplies, paperware products & toiletries somewhere else, if you want to save money.

The meat and produce always looks excellent and taste excellent as well. The bakery has a great selection and the hot food choices are the best of any store I've shopped at. The service is always courteous and very friendly

I really enjoyed the look of the store. There are some pricey items but there are a lot specialty items. I loved the selection in their floral department. I am definitely going back.
