Heinen's Grocery Store, Chardon OH

Kevin in the wine dept is pushy and tries to get me to buy wines that only he likes. And he's always trying to get me to buy fifty dollar wines. No thanks!

Clean store and friendly staff, every wednesday is 6 dollar sushi, very good stuff. When not the rona, great lunch cary out options.

Wow, customer service is lacking. Went in for a few simple things, pushing cart outside after a long day and the employee sprints over screaming “you can’t take that outside! ” Like a life or death matter.

I won’t be returning. For their prices, you’d think they’d have better customer service, but apparently not. It’s a real shame how far down hill this store has come and how rude the employees have become.

Well laid out store. Clean and conscientious staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The store had the items I wanted and have not been able to find anywhere else. Thanks Heinen's

This store was Immaculate! Our first time here. The employees all had uniforms, looked really sharp. Good selection of desserts. We got an apple walnut pie that was fresh and very delicious! 95% of customers had masks on. Customers were polite too! Excusing themselves if they were too close to you. Very impressed!

Customer service is a joke been on hold for 45 min with a lady named Sara then she forgot was on phone

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Nice, cool vibe they have going on at that store! Different layout than the Heinen's I work at, but interesting!

Every knowledgeable staff, prices are a bit high but the meat is really good as is the produce.

Whether you are shopping for the freshest fish, or a lunchtime stir fry made as you wish, their cafe is a nice space with free wi fi, and plenty of goods to satisfy.

Employees helped me navigate the store as I hadn't been there before, and they did so with 10 minutes left on their shifts.

No matter the Holiday or Event or if you just want to try something new everyone goes out of their way to be helpful and suggestions, thank you, I also enjoy how clean the store is.

Store with above average number of choices. What I bought I enjoyed. But, I found everything overpriced.

This is one of the grocery stores I shop at. They carry some excellent ground beef. So when they have it in stock I make sure I stock up on it. I by my lettuce from here along with salad dressing. There is a bunch of younger people that work here.

Ridiculous selection of products of all varieties. Tends to be on the slightly higher price range though.

Awesome and fresh produce. Other grocery stores is like playing roulette with fruits and vegetables. Sometimes you lose and it's like biting into a sock. Never the case with Heinen's.

I love the fruit and vegtables, always fresh and very tasty. Enjoy the shrimp, and fish also. The people are always so nice and helpful. Only wish there was someone manning the vitamins more often.

Great place to shop. They have a wonderful assortment of cheese, wine, fresh made foods such as sandwiches, sushi, chicken and their bakery is beyond good!

A lot of certified Humane meat and responsibly harvested produce. Excellent service. I literally drive past three other grocery stores to come here
