Nice clean well stocked store with quality items and smaller portion servings available with smooth checkout people and bag packers working with other employees who load your groceries into your car at a pull up station.great experience!

Awesome ice cream. Well worth the 20 minutes standing in line. True good old homemade ice cream. Highly recommend

Redesigned the store shelves. Still cannot find anything. Looks great what they did. Still not buying shrieked wrap meats. I like fresh meat cut daily. So I go elsewhere for my meat. Prices a little high but I throw very little product out. Bread from their bakery a little over baked and dry

I really hoped this place was good.

Organic items are present but this is really expensive.

There are few items where you can't find which is good. Like the A2 milk this is good stuff.

The fish is expensive compared to other places but it is not that great. Really hoped I found good fish at this place.

Customer service is decent.

Like Heinen's tho had some bad apples from there on several occasions, and have had some health issues that require me to use motorized cart and was told in no uncertain terms that the old cart they have would probably NOT be replaced.
They are going the delivery route that by the time you pay extra fees and tip will cost almost 50% more. That does not bode well for those living on social security.

Small store, limited selection but always well stocked. Employees are helpful and friendly. Love the no carts in the parking lot policy! They load for you.

We call it "the Snooty Store" at home b/c it's much more expensive than Giant Eagle or other grocery stores. However, they are the most conveniently located near my house. But they have helpful staff and some unique selections - especially as I am gluten free and it's hard to find a variety of quality items.

Upscale-ish grocery store with fresh stock, ultra clean shelves, professional and friendly staff.

I love Heinen's and I even bought a house with consideration of a close Heinen's to visit. This one is convenient for me to get to. I gave it four stars because it's a smaller store with not as good of a selection as the Brecksville or Downtown locations. If I'm out, I prefer Brecksville. I like meats and cheeses and good beer, the selection is better there. They also don't have a stir fry station in Middleburg. Any of them are better than Giant Eagle though.

Not the cheapest store but always my favorite to shop in. Good produce, great service, great salad bar, and tends to have the things I can't find elsewhere.

The store is very well maintained and clean. Employees are very nice and helpful and more than willing to point you in the right direction and answer any food related questions you might have.

They have a great selection of foods and beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Some organic in origin. This is reflected in the price.

Definitely worth a stop in to check it out.

Nice store and I loved the house brand unsweetened black tea with lemon, I had to buy 6 bottles for the road.

The people working here are very personable and helpful. They don’t just guess which aisle an item is in and point you in the general direction.they stop what they’re doing and take you there and help you find it! Or if they don’t know, they find someone who does. The produce and fish are ALWAYS fresh!

Nice store. They carry a specific brie and salsa that we like. It feels a little like a time warp in there.

Heinens is a very top of the line grocery, from produce, to bread in bakery, to meat and cheese everything is great.

Great products that the only reason I go. Employees are rude and mean. (Minus the deli and meats they were nice)

Heinens is great! Prices are good, not always the lowest, but the friendly staff, attractive layout and availability of help is worth it.

Holy cow! How do people shop here the prices are so High! We stopped in for a quick pick up while we were in the neighborhood. I price shop and this place is outrageous for simple things like soup or spaghetti sauce. It us definitely a high end grocery store.
Very nice to see such fresh foods and variety but for the middle class, forget it.

Terrible floral department. Customers were in such a rush they were walking too close behind me.
