Heinen's Grocery Store, Shaker Heights OH

The butcher is the best! They will tell you how to prepare your dish. The bakery cut my bread! The checkout is fast.

I really like the friendlies of the staff member greeted me as I entered the store. It mademe feel like they were happy to have me there! A return visit is a definite reaction to this experience.

This store is enormous! It's the biggest Heinen's I've ever been in. The good news is that the staff were extremely helpful in getting me around the place. My favorite place in any Heinen's, the bakery, was hidden all the way in the back right corner of the building. This Heinen's, like all others, has the usual collection of quality grocery goods, home supply needs, and fresh prepared foods daily. My only qualm is the price of many items. But the staff here helped to make up for that.

Staff is courteous, professional, and properly trained. They take their job seriously and it shows in the high quality of prepared foods, the speed of the lines, and the overall ambiance. Very happy with this Heinens

Busy, busy. Didn't find some things, but I've been here before & knew the selection could be limited in some things & abundant in others.

This door has been amazing system setup to cut down on germs do to covid-19 I would recommend this door for anyone doing curbside pickups it's a quick and easy process

Heinen's is a great grocery store. It's more expensive than Giant Eagle, Marc's, or Aldi but the quality is significantly better at Heinen's.

The house brand, Two Brother's, is very well priced and always delicious.

Heinen's is still owned by the Cleveland-based Heinen family and they carry many CLE-based brands locally grown fruit and vegetables.

I love this store. I have been shopping here for years. They always have everything I need. It's definitely worth checking out.

Fresh meats including lobster when in season. Fresh produce with a beautiful presentation throughout the store. Store cleanliness is immaculate. All associates are friendly and helpful.

This is the oldest of the stores. The staff is nice and friendly. I think Heinen's is the only grocery store that will load your car. That's nice old school service. No shopping carts in this parking lot. Now the produce are higher quality and the meats are the main reason Heinen's is kind of sore it is.

This is the first heinen's the oldest. It's usually busy, especially at the salad bar. Hi quality meats. Not the bargain store here. Always clean, great service, hi my family has been shopping here over 60 years. Great store.

Always a pleasant experience! The staff is available for questions no matter where I am in the store. The cashiers are friendly and the people who put the groceries in my car are so nice. I go to Heinen’s for the great food selection and produce, and they definitely have the best quality around.

Specialty departments are fabulous, Bakery, Meat & Seafood. The the Grocery selection is full of a wide selection of unique items. The first thing when you walk through the store your greated with beautiful flowers and then you see a very bountiful racks of produce.

Great store! Microbrews on tap, get a sample for a quarter! Great salad bar and hot food, and always perfect for the vegan/health nuts.

Their customer service is bad. You can’t ask someone for help because the employees avoid people. The people at check out refuse to smile. Long lines, crowded space and narrow halls. Also the arrangement of thei food sections is poorly planned and disorganized. Their products are over priced and low quality. I’d recommend trying a different place.

What is the real reason why Heinen's closed it's Shaker Heights store early? I was told it was because of the weather. Really? This store was open during the recent cold snap. I was disappointed this store was closed.
