Heinen's Grocery Store, Brecksville OH

They usually have a great staff on hand however the pricing in this grocery store is a little high.

Avoid this location - especially during the pandemic. Previously gave Heinen's a 5 star review (3 years ago) but felt compelled to update considering how awful it's been since the pandemic started. Used to shop here weekly for a few items and several customers would not wear masks and management doesn't do anything to enforce it. No social distancing standing in the check out lines or really throughout the store - especially the express check out. Three weeks in a row we had maskless people two feet from us and yelling past us to an employee. I don't know how that happened more than once.but it did. Employees do nothing. I reached out with this feedback and they said they're already doing everything they can. I get it, working in a grocery store is really tough right now, but I eventually became so uncomfortable at this Heinen's, I stopped going several months ago. It's a bummer because they have great organic/vegan products available.

Biggest Heinen's in the area with wide aisles, super-fresh produce and meats. Especially of note is the huge prepared foods section with an excellent salad bar. Well stocked wine department. A pleasure to shop there.

Expensive and not worth it.

Any item I picked is really expensive compared to any other organic store.

I purchased fish which is expensive but not good. I expected it to be at least good.

Gave it two stars as it has a wide variety of options to pick from.

People should checkout trader Joe's. Same organic stuff at a great low price. Beats heinens in every way.

I recently purchased a cake here and something happened during check out and it was damaged. They immediately took the cake, fixed it and gave me a discount. It was an accident so I did not expect a discount, but it was very much appreciated!

Great place to get fresh produce.check out their bar with fresh local beer to fill in your growlers.very friendly staff

Excellent selection of fresh food and unbelievable customer service. They deliver the groceries to your car and put them in for you.

A great quick place to come if you want to put together a comfort food meal and don't feel like fighting the crowds at the grocery stores. I love shopping here.

The employees are very helpful & friendly, quality of food is great & the store is very clean

Sale items, the bakery, and the floral section warrant the occasional stop, but unless your interested in a top-shelf shopping experience, you can find much the same for much less elsewhere.

Love this grocery store! Just the right size. Plenty of variety. Leans toward the healthier offerings. Works with local companies to showcase their products. Wine and beer tasting in store! Fresh sushi daily!

I always find what I need and all kinds of new products as well. Great selection and friendly and attentive staff.

This is a good, clean store with a great selection. We go here mostly for their selection of local meats and seasonal local produce. Workers are always friendly and helpful. Great selection of coffees and teas, too.

I love Heinen's, I just wish their prices were more affordable. However, they have great produce, flowers, wine selection, etc. They are lacking in some personal care items, but they would probably be too expensive anyway. The employees are super friendly and their sushi is SO much better than Giant Eagle.

Awesome selection of higher quality and even specialty items. Great wine selection, great quality produce, great meal options for quick dinners as well.
