TERRIBLE! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
Worst experience ever dealing with a rental company. Charged my debit card three times for the Rental. We were told the fees would be taken out after the rental was returned and only on hold but as soon as we signed the paper it took the fees out and also took an additional rental fee of the same price when we returned it. That’s not the worst part 3 days later we were charged again and are still trying to resolve the issue to getting our money back for the two additional rental fees when was supposed to be only one. On top of that the bobcat broke down two hours into using it and no way to get ahold of the rental store to get the machine fixed so it sat all weekend and put us out of work. I wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to so I could write this review. Terrible service! Biggest head ache ever!

Front desk very helpful the maintenance guys go above and beyond getting you loaded. Will rent from them whenever I need something.

I initially went here because they support the Tuscarawas County Fair. After I rented a trencher and concrete saw, I am even more impressed. The sales staff is professional and very easy to work with. I will definitely go back and send my friends there as well.

We rent a tremendous amount of equipment every year and it would be in the best interest for any company owner to stay far away from Herc rentals. Hidden fees and prices they don’t stand by. We will never rent from Herc again.

Good experience. I explained my problem (needed to drain my 30000 gallon inground pool) they pointed me towards a sump pump and the rest is history. Highly recommend these guys for all us DIY'ers.they help you make it happen!
