The pictures are fake trust me I have friends and family that live there all the pictures on there website are fake

I’d give 0 if I could. Awful. Rats outside. Everything broken in the apartment. Didn’t get move in date or floor plan that I was promised. Locks broken on main doors. Bottom floor flooded and it smelled like mold and they had fans running all day and night. Good luck if you ever want to get out of your lease for any of that. Would not recommend. Has potential but not the way it’s run.

Zero Stars! Zero needs to be an option. There is no internet! I don’t mean slow internet or intermittent internet. I mean NO internet! I work from home and I need wired internet. Both wifi and wired internet is off! I’ve had to stay at a relative’s house so I could use their internet for work every day. So basically I’m paying $1500 a month for an apartment I’m not living at. They said someone broke into the hub and stole the wiring and parts, and that they have to install security doors before they can turn the internet back on. It’s been off since February and still off. I do not recommend this place, especially if you work from home.

UPDATE: It’s May and after countless promises, the property manager still hasn’t restored service. 4 months to install security doors? Yeah right. You could build a whole house in that time!

UPDATE: Well, it’s July and still no internet. Thank God the lease is up and I can move. I see several neighbors moving too. It’s bad enough that I still have five maintenance requests since the day I moved in that have never been fixed, but not having wired internet to do my job at home made living here impossible. The management staff are liars! You can ignore this post if you want to. You’ll regret moving to these apartments.

I am about to renew for my second year. The leasing and management staff is positive, responsive, and attentive. Maintenance has always been excellent in both quality and timeliness. Utilities are a fraction of what I paid at my last place. The property is well-maintained. I love that we are close to just about everything. I am really happy I found this community.

This was a few years ago but the worst renting experience of my life. Pamela was the manager then; I was lied to and shown an apt which I was told I'd get, and then two days BEFORE moving in they told me that apt is not available and showed me an OLD loft apt for the same price! I was shocked beyond belief, and was an international student as well, but I got legal help from OSU - they told me what to write in the letter to Pamela and what terms to use. I did and sure enough came my $150 in the mail. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Just warning everyone to stay away from this shady un-dependable greedy crooked place and management.

Walked in to ask about a rental and was told that they may have something available just not sure what or when ok well that really helps.

Absolutely do NOT move here. Plenty of better rentals in the area! You’d be better off living in a tent under a bridge than here.

I have been living here since May 2021. Especially Kiki Cepeda, the staff in the leasing office are warm and friendly.
In general so nice. And the maintenance people are nice too.
My apartment is safe and comfortable.
The maintenance situations have been resolved in a reasonable time.
They also have recreational areas such as pool, basketball court and gym.
Everything is closed and accessible here,
for example: transportation, supermarket,
pharmacies, banks, restaurants, malls, the football stadium, clinics and the hospital.
They are pet lovers.
I feel good living in this apartment complex.

I love my townhome and the community. It is quite and everyone goes above and beyond to make sure it stays that way. I have not had any problems the 2 years I have been. If you looking to move in ot is worth every dime.

Terrible, don’t live here.where do i even begin?

1) their deals are disingenuous: i was supposed to receive first month of rent free, this was actually the second month of rent was free.this was not disclosed to me until signing day, after i had paid deposits and fees.

2) it took weeks for other bonuses: it took them 4+ weeks to email a gift card that i was promised for signing my lease quickly.and they were impossible to track down to find more information on why it was delayed.

3) speaking of that, no one answers the phone in the front office unless it’s to sell you an apartment.check the other reviews in this listing — this is a common trend.

4) the side door to my apartment building has been missing a door knob and locking system for a year+ now.safety? Who needs it?

5) they let people smoke cigarettes inside.maybe that’s a plus for you?

6) they banned all guests from the pool on the property due to a few bad residents.

7) the hallways objectively smell bad in buildings.probably from the cigarette smoke.

8) when i moved in, i had no hot water.it took 24+ hours to get that issue resolved.

9) my kitchen sink and bathroom sink consistently clog and need drained, yet i’ve only been able to get ahold of maintenance twice.at this point, i fix it myself. (not a knock on maintenance, they are good but hard to get ahold of)

10) minor inconvenience, but you have to get your mailbox key from USPS instead of the complex.this is not disclosed to you and you may have to wait a few more days to check your mailbox.

Mold, leaks that took weeks to fix, and plus a man living in the apartment complex threatened to kill me through my window.
Maintenance also left my key in my door for a whole day.
On top of that the office is not very nice or helpful.

Delusions of grandeur is a good start. I watched them attempt to evict someone who paid their rent because they drank too much. Keep in mind this place is full of college students. My girlfriend had health issues and when she was evicted one of the maintenance men pried every single stone out of all of her jewelry. Not sure if we should be angry or if we should feel bad for the poor fellow, because all the real jewelry was locked in the safe and this poor (also delusional apparently) under educated subpar IQ individual spent entirely too much time, prying fake stones out of costume jewelry. They can’t keep the place full and it’s easy to see why. I mean doesn’t everyone have to turn on the over sink light to get the washer, dryer or dishwasher to work. Totally normal right? 10 days without water cause they can’t fix anything.

If I could give a zero star I would I’ve been living here since July 2022 and it’s been nothing but a headache from the start before even signing my lease. Honestly should have seen the red flags then the only good thing about this complex is the location and price of rent. Also we were showed one model townhome which is what we thought we were getting and then got a completely different townhome. The management team is phony and great ant pretending they care when in reality they don’t and they are terrible at communication. Then when it comes to maintenance I am not sure why they even have a portal because I have to call everytime to the office to even get my work orders completed. I still haven’t got my blinds fixed that were broke since I’ve moved in as well as no screens on my windows which I also brought up since I first moved in. Let’s not talk about how it took a month to get my sink unclogged. This management group here is terrible and really needs to be replaced because they have no idea how to run this property properly.
