Heritage Hill Estates, Cincinnati OH

I have lived here for a little bit now and the management has been fantastic, Emily is wonderful! The location is great, the residents overall have been quiet, and maintenance has been quick to fix any issues! Personally, I am very pleased with Heritage Hill Estates.:)

Im coming up on a year of living here and the staff is genuinely what makes this place. I’ve never lived in a place where the management and crew put so much effort into making sure everyone was comfortable and getting what they deserved out of communal living. Emily the property manager is absolutely amazing and she puts so much effort into making everything happen and working things out when needed.the maintenance crew Dani and Ben are fantastic and are always on top of communication.when i had to put in an emergency maintenance request both Dani and Emily were on it and figuring it out for me.heritage hills is very quiet and peaceful and i absolutely suggest living here if you want a home you can count on.

Lived here for just over a month. Emily (property manager) made me feel at home here immediately. She is incredibly nice and up-front about everything, which is something I respect about a person. Also the reason why i had made the final decision to live here. Everything about my transition was incredibly smooth. The day after I moved in I noticed my thermostat wasn't working properly. I went down to the office, just to see what the process was going to be, to get assistance (my first apartment). I, obviously, was lucky enough to get to talk to a maintenance personnel and get help right away. Ben, happened to be finishing his lunch break, and told me he'd be up to check with out within the next half hour. I told him to take his time and it was no rush at all. He had replaced the thermostat and solved the issue within the hour. I had also had a clogged drain a couple weeks later. Went down to the office. Talked to Emily about it. She had put a work order in right away and Ben, once again, had solved the problem within the next couple of hours. Also, extremely friendly so far in my experiences with all of the staff here.
My mailbox lock was not working properly either. Happened to be walking into my building and Ben was walking past. Explained the issue to him and he had it fixed within 10 minutes. The issues are there. But what complex doesnt have minor issues, assuming, at the least. For me and my experience here so far. But, it has been nothing less than an absolute pleasure to live here.

Living here has been a very enjoyable and smooth process. The neighbors are very friendly and the property manager Emily helps in any way possible. Only needed one maintenance request and it was completed the next day. Thinking of living here a second year because it’s been such an easy move.

It will be 4 years that I've been here. The beginning was not the best. But, ever since they brought in a new maintenance (Dani and Ben) the property is kept up better. Work orders get done in a timely manner. They care about their job, and us residents that live here. Thanks for bringing them onboard! Hope they're here to stay!
And, Emily the new property manager. She is the bomb! She knows her tenants by name. She cares about her tenants. She is doing an excellent job "cleaning up after the previous manager". Thanks Zinger for bringing this group of caring individuals!

I just want to express my gratitude for Dani - absolutely amazing! Every time I send a maintenance request through the website Dani is there in less than 24 hours. Typically less than 12 hours. Dani is always friendly and constantly tending to the grounds. The grounds never looked this good before Dani arrived-clean and beautiful. So lucky to have Dani here!

Great place to live that is close to lots of entertainment. The new management is awesome and very friendly. Emily, the property manager, knows a majority of the residents by name and bends over backwards to do what can be done with any situation that arises. I have lived here for roughly 8 years and have enjoyed getting to know the new management of this facility. Work orders, completed by Ben and Dani, are done in a timely manner and will work with you if you feel more comfortable to have them in your residence to complete a work order. Nice and quiet from the main road that runs along side the property. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to live.

The Property Manager Emily is a very polite and professional person. She is knowledgeable of her responsibilities and kind to the residents. I would like to thank Emily for all her hard work.

Property management has really changed here since Emily came onto property as the property manager. She truly cares about the tenants, property and well being of everyone who lives here! I appreciate her smiling face and eagerness to help anytime anyone needs anything. Thank you Emily for being the best!:)

5 stars absolutely! For residing here almost 11 years, has actually been a wonderful experience, especially as long as my family and I have been here, with the school district and compatibility We've always wanted to buy a house in Terrace Park, but it's just a little above what we want to pay.
Usually I don't give reviews, but I have to because it's important to share to the community and let everyone knowing that heritage hills estates is a very friendly, family, and warm community.
Have there been any problems, yes and ups and downs that have happened? Absolutely however the new manager is trying to turn things around. She cares about the community and it's her number one priority.

I spoke with the property manager Emily is beyond kind! I can’t wait to call heritage hills my new home!
