Heritage of Hudson

2/2024 my dad recently spend some of his last days at Heritage of Hudson and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the care my dad got and staff. The staff is caring and you can tell they all love working here. They are so caring and compassionate i would highly recommend them to anyone that has a loved one that needs Rehab you need to check them out you will not be disappointed. Thank you Heritage of Hudson for the amazing care you gave my dad in his last days.

Used to work here.the Administrator was so two-faced to me. Rude every time I encountered her, the nurses complain so much about how much the hate their job. Only thing that was good was how sweet the residents were. Please don't work here if you don't wanna be stressed.

I just can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is so kind and they take such good care even when no one's looking. Thank God my mom's here. They work with Social Security and it's just an amazing group of people that truly have a calling for this extremely difficult work. Thank you

Wow, the staff here is amazing. Super nice people. They have a therapy cat that runs around and one of the employees brings their beautiful well manicured and groomed, red golden retriever. I had to stop in here to pick some items up. I don’t have anyone in here that needs actual care, but the kindness and welcoming Ness of the staff was amazing. Definitely five stars when it comes to the people employed here.
The exterior is just as beautiful. Nice views of water fountain and Ponds.

So far the experience I have had at heritage of the Hudson is a two. I have come across nasty mean employees and nobody seems to want to help or answer the nurse call button I am very very disappointed I would like to remove my relative as soon as possible

My mother has had several short term stays in skilled nursing facilities the last few years and HOH is the only one she was willing to return to. Yes, they are busy. Yes, sometimes you have to wait for someone to help you. Frankly though, you need to expect that - expecting staff to say how high when you say jump is unrealistic. The staff do care about the patients and do the best they can. They are a good ambassador for their industry.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The staff is wonderful and so is the care. Moved a family member here for rehab and of all the facilities I've navigated over the years, this one is by far the best. Highly recommend!

Our father was admitted to this rehabilitation facility after a lengthy stay in the hospital. The bed was so hard he did not sleep all night. The nurses were non-responsive and then rude when they did arrive. The morning after he arrived, he was not given his pain medication and had requested it from two different people. When he inquired about it again, two hours after his original requests, he was told that it had never been ordered from their pharmacy, that they’d order it then and that it would take a minimum of 6 hours to put through any pharmacy requests. We discharged him after one day because of the poor care that he received. 1 star is too many, however, 0 stars are not an option. We do not recommend you leave your loved ones in their care.

The staff and management of Heritage of Hudson were all absolutely wonderful to my mother in the end stage of her life. The care and respect we were all shown was outstanding. We could not have asked for a more compassionate and honest group of people to be there to support us during such a difficult and emotional time.

Phenomenal service and care for my mother after her stroke. Upon entering and touring with Lexi she kept in constant contact with help of mom's transfer over. Pam and care team meetings were an essential component of communication on our weekly goals. Julie, Carolyn, and Liz worked daily with mom to get her back to her baseline and were very patient and encouraging. Everyone and I mean all who came in contact with us were so warm, engaging and supportive especially Tiffany, Scott, Barb and all her nursing team. They also have a great calendar of activities and entertainment. We enjoyed their beautiful manicured gardens too! We felt Heritage of Hudson understood my mom and I would highly recommend this home away from home.
