Brandi the property manager is always fast to responding to all emails and phone calls. My maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. The community is beautiful. Hallways are kept clean and smelling good.

Heritage Preserve is a beautiful community. I had a great experience touring with Brandi the property manager. Maintenance was very nice when we ran into them. I cannot wait to live at this community! Valet trash is a plus and the fenced in dog park

Sy, the maintenance contractor, has been incredibly helpful to my girlfriend who lives at this apartment. His responsiveness and ability to work on the problems shes had have been timely. Brandi the property manager is prompt and helpful with letting the tenants know what is going on and helping them resolve any problems they may have. I live at another apartment complex in the area and it seems like together Sy and Brandi are doing a great job.

I don’t know where to begin; there is so much goodness here. The Manager Brandi goes above and beyond. We are notified through the portal of every detail (this is not the norm for other places) I can’t say enough about her. Her assistant Dai is equally great, always warm and accommodating. I had a package missing for two weeks these lovely ladies located it in another building and delivered it to my door, it was cold and raining but they still smiled and went out of their way to deliver it. The house keeper Mindy keeps every thing spotless, if she notices packages cluttered at the front door she delivers them to the correct door not only to be kind but it keeps the hallways clear and safe. The Maintenance Manager Sy is a walking billboard of pride for his community, he’s very proud and wants things done right (again so different then what I’ve experienced elsewhere) A kind gentleman Shannon delivered a package that was delivered to the office, he was kind and personable, even said “so you are the Momma J” with a huge grin. As if I was someone special.
I sold my home to move to Columbus 18 months to be near my son and his family, my 1st time living in an apartment was not a good experience at all. I moved to Heritage in Oct and couldn’t be happier. I don’t take even the smallest act of kindness or staff effort for granted. Return their kindness, appreciate them because they are 10 steps above the rest we don’t want to lose them.

Brandi the property manager is always a delight to work with. She truly cares about her residents. The property is always kept beautiful. Maintenance is always fast to respond to work orders. Thank you heritage preserve.

We have lived here for over four years. A very nice place. Sy does a great job with any maintenance issues we might have. Brandi, the manager, is very responsive to any questions or concerns we might have.

Sy was very professional, he fixed my ice maker the same day that I put in my request and is always smiling. Talking to Brandi on the phone is always a joy, she is the most wonderful property manager.

Been at Heritage preserve for over a year and have only good things to say about the community. Brandi is amazing and the new maintenance team is incredible. I had 2 issues today and Sy immediately came over to fix them. He was very friendly and polite and puts a lot of pride into his work. I cannot recommend this place enough.

So glad to be out of these cheap apartments! The elevators break all the time. One of the buildings was out for a MONTH! You can hear your neighbors cough, talk, EVERYTHING through the walls! The internet package that you have to buy through them is SO SLOW and goes out all the time! Brandi is lazy and rude. Says she’s going to do things or fix issues like lack of parking, pot smoking in all the buildings, overcharges etc. She NEVER does anything unless you email it (corporate must get a copy). She talks bad about tenants when they are not there, and leaves the office for vacation time constantly.

She is too lazy to take people to tour units and is an awful person! Do yourself a favor, these buildings are garbage! Also, no one answers or does anything if you call emergency maintenance on the weekend. The electric usually goes out 2-6 times a month and the rates for electric are ridiculous! The halls always smell like marijuanna and the halls are not air conditioned! The 3rd and 4th flours are 90 degrees in the summer.

The buildings are not maintained well and I never once saw Brandi in a building in the 2 years I lived there.

Don’t give this greedy, sleazy company your money. They lie and cheat their residents.

Lived hear for five years and there’s a reason I haven’t left. Affordable (for the current rates of apartments), Brandi (office manager) is wonderful to work with and always takes care of any issues promptly and professionally. Sy, maintenance, also prompt with work order and goes the extra mile to take care of things!

We. Had a maintenance man in our apartment. He was very professional and we were very impressed with work. I wish I could remember his name, but unfortunately I can’t. He knew what he was looking for, found it and everything is good.

My family and I had a great experience with Brandi. When looking around at the apartments we ran into maintenance man Ed. He was very knowledgeable about about the different apartments. This will be a great place to live

Heritage Preserve is a beautiful community. The office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance is great and the grounds are always well taken care of. The hallways are always smelling clean.
