Heritage Veterinary Care, Hopedale OH

I love the Veterinary Office! Everyone here really care about my Teela! They give our concerns attention, whether it was her torn CCL or a simple ear infection! And they are reasonably priced. ‍?

The facility is clean - which is a big issue for me. Everyone was nice. Very busy place, though, which is a concern, as we were not taken on time at all. This was our first visit. We shall see how it goes moving forward.

I highly suggest you do not go to Heritage Vet. We have given them thousands of dollars to be treated horribly, and it’s so unreal. I’ve had errors when I’ve checked out…Almost overcharged by a couple hundred dollars.
I was lied to about my dog being epileptic, now they tell me she is. I’ve been screamed at by the office manager on the phone while women in the back snickered and laughed. There’s just so much…
I’ve talked to numerous people in my community about this vet office and they all basically said the same thing. That when the office was in Cadiz it was decent and since they moved to Hopedale it’s all gone down hill. Every single person that I spoke to said with the things they’ve heard they wouldn’t take their dog/s there. I’m just trying to save you from the headache.

Took my German Shepherd in with a severe tear needing a cranial cruciate repair surgery. She got to come home the day of the surgery and honestly I have never seen a dogs incision look so good the day of the surgery. Gave thorough rehab instructions and I think she's gonna be tip top running amuck this summer.

They took our emergency appointment with just a tearful phone calls notice. We were in and out so quick I could hardly believe it! The staff and doctor were all so wonderful and kind. It was a peaceful environment with all around good vibes. I cannot even express how furrever grateful we are!

They are a very special veterinary hospital they are so good with my ferral cat very special people thank you for being so kind and caring

The loving care that I received for my dog Josie was amazing. It was a Sunday and my dog was attacked and I'm not good at driving in cities. A friend suggested calling this veterinarian and the next thing I know I'm receiving a call back and they are going to be seeing me and my dog. Drove out there only took 20 minutes and the veterinarian seen my Josie name Samantha was so kind and gentle with my dog. I'm going to be making them my permanent.

Wonderful and awesome staff and Doctors! They have helped us any so many ways and have been such a wonderful blessing to our animals!

The staff there got me in quickly and treated my dog with dignity and respect and gave me needed time in his final hours to grieve.

I would rate them as a 0.0. They are the only local vet that will see reptiles. We had a pet in distress and they would not fit us in and would not schedule us. We lost our beloved bearded dragon, because of this. Hope they sleep well at night knowing they rejected the care of an animal they could have saved.guess getting an early start on their Christmas festivities was more important to them.unfortunately we had a hole in our hearts without her this year. Thank you so much, Heritage, for your utter disregard for God's creatures. Someday you can answer to Him.hope He will have mercy on your soul!

I travel nearly two hours to take my cats here. The only Dr that was able to help my cat Rocket! Dr pendleton thinks outside the box.

I had to take one of my foster cats here and they were absolutely amazing! Very friendly and makes you feel very welcome

With several veterinarians and a great staff, I feel confident that my animals will get great care and that the diagnosis is trustworthy. Dr. Pendleton is a great diagnostician and seems to know what tests then confirm when he treats my pets.

This place was suggested to me by a friend. Very friendly staff and Doctor P is great. I drive past a bunch of local vets to go there so that should say something. Highly recommended this Veterinary practice.

We had a fantastic experience today! We took both our chameleons to see Dr. Pendleton and he was great with them! The staff was awesome and friendly and we got in and out quickly. Dr. Pendleton put my fears at ease and our appointment didn't break the bank. I will definitely be coming back with all my exotic needs

They were able to get me in very quickly to check out a kitten I had found. Super sweet, very fast and was thorough with explaining everything! Switching vets to them now, definatly worth the extra half an hour drive!

This is a very nice place to take Your Pet for the care they need. They are always very friendly & courteous. Everyone loves the pets. You should consider Heritage for Pet's care!

Heritage veterinary Care was very compassionate explaining to me and my brother about our cat's situation. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped for. Mr Kitty definitely got the care he deserved.

Very caring staff and great veterinarian's highly recommend. They treat your pet like it's their own pet. They will come to your vehicle if your fur baby is to ill to bring in.

They were not compassionate towards my cat. We had to demand that they sedate her prior to euthanizing when she was obviously in a lot of pain. It was a very traumatic experience and I will never take another animal there.
