Called them to replace a sewer line, they were quick and efficient and did a great job! Would recommend them In a heart beat!

I have used Herrmann Services for several years now. In all instances they have been kind, professional, transparent and all at a good price. I trust them to do be honest and provide good work and they deliver!

Hermann has helped me and two other family members with plumbing problems, one of which was a huge basement flooding issue, and every single time they’ve been professional, fast, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I recommend Hermann to all my friends and family needing work. They are truly great to work with.

Just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to troubleshoot, and explain to me the situation with patience. I've been having issues with ac unit for some time now, turned out to be a fuse and a relay. Affordable and quick, and ac is running nice and cold now. Respectful of your home, and safety wearing mask, washing hands and wearing booties. Thanks for taking your time and doing such a great job quickly and efficiently.

After buying the near top of the line HVAC unit they recommenced, it has failed twice in less than 3 years. Both times when we called for service they've acted like they were trying to scam us. The first time they originally would''t fix the unit until we signed up for a $250 annual maintenance contract.and then only recharged the refrigerant without fixing it or setting up a time to later fix it. The 2nd time they said they wanted to charge us over $2000 for 4 hours of labor to replace a part under warranty. I asked repeatedly why the price was so high for something covered by a warranty, and never got a straight answer, just more about having to buy their annual plan. So I called 2 other places who both laughed at that price quote. Both said they'd charge $600-800 to replace the part under warranty which sounded a lot more reasonable. Both explained what the $600-$800 was for, something the manager at Herrmann never couldn't do for his over $2000 quote.
Both times Herrmann was more concerned about berating us for not having their annual plan than for fixing the HVAC unit.
I even asked to confirm that they wanted to charge about $500 an hour for labor and was told it was a fixed price for labor but it does equal about $500 and hour.

The service was great from the call to schedule, to the last call to see how things went and set up a time to do maintenance on my furnace. Tony was great and didn’t mind me spying on his work (I love to learn about different lines of work and how something in my home functions). I would definitely recommend them again!

Mark came over to check a strange voltage showing up on our garden hose spigot. After an hour he had it fixed. A bit on the pricey side, but overall a good experience.

Technician, Blaise, was right on time. He explained what was wrong with our AC. The faulty part was quickly replaced because his truck was already stocked. The final bill was about $20 to $30 less than I had expected. All quality service for a fair price.

We had some issues with our a/c and Joe came out, and fixed everything, despite having to do some extreme Sherlock Holmes style detective work to diagnose our problem. Communication with the company was fast and easy, and we didn't have to wait for service. Really a great experience.

Got live voice on first call and prompt scheduling of job. Herrmann rep showed up on time & was courteous, professional, and accomplished job promptly (basement leak through an unused water conditioner).

Repair tech missed $1 defective disconnect switch on furnace telling me I need new ac unit at $4900. Unit was later determined to be operable. Management sided with lying repair tech. Good luck if you get that tech, Brian seems blindly loyal to his people.

I used there service when a pipe burst. They came out an charged a lot $$$, and did not fix the problem just stopped the leak. Called another plumber who came out and fixed the problem for a lot less. Will never use them again.

I have worked here my entire life, best plumbing, HVAC and electric company in Cincinnati. It's not just because its a family business, the credit goes to the employees. Each and every one of the team at Herrmannservices cares and they make the company what it is!

Very friendly and helpful on the phone but. Had the hard to find product I needed to fix my AC but would not come out to my service area even though within greater Cincinnati area. Could not offer a suggestion or help to find my hard to retrieve part. Disappointed they wouldn't come to my place or offer an alternative. May have considered using them if had better customer service to troubleshoot/help find other companies.
