15Worst experience ever trying to rent a car at this location! Would not recommend using them. The person at the desk was rude and was not helpful at all! Wish I would have read the reviews before trying to book a rental here. Do yourself a favor and use any other company but them.
Made a reservation the day before only to be told they did not have any vehicles when I got there
Literally the only Hertz I'd ever give 5 stars to. Fast, easy, clean car. James took extra time with me and was extremely helpful. Best customer service I've had when renting a car, no question. When I come back to Cleveland, I'll be renting from them again.
Drop my brother off here and the price was totally awesome. He really enjoyed the savings he will definitely be back
Loved the Buick encore but. Customer service was terrible when I picked up the car not when I dropped it off though! Different employees.
Had a cargo van reserved to move my son back to college. After waiting for some time due to there only being two workers who were working both the counter and going in the back to clean out cars being rented out, I was told that there were no vans for me to have. I overheard one of the workers tell another customer that they didn't have his reservation either. Customer service was very slow and while one of the workers seemed quite pleasant, the worker I dealt with did not seem to enjoy his job or want to be there. Thank goodness Penske rentals came through and was able to assist me with a last minute rental on such short notice.
Man at counter was if no help, sent me away. Said do everything online. I cancelled my reservation, did not get a refund. I cancelled 8 days in advance di to death in my family. Filed a formal complaint.
Is this location was very good to pick up. I liked it because it doesn't have the sur charges that the airport locations do.
Desk clerk was rude and appeared not interest in working and acting like the customer were a bother!
Reserved a car last week. Went to pick it up today for a business trip tomorrow and they told me they dont have any cars. Great service you boneheads. Thanks for nothing. 0 stars.
Went to go pick up a loaner car only one person working this poor guy had to run the desk clean the cars fill reservations and answer the phones I felt so bad for this guy.
Came from New York City and reserved a car two days in advance to go in Chicago but when i got there they said we don't have any car for today even that i had reservation in advance also the front desk service was the worse, never renting from them again!
Horrible customer service I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but both times in the last 7 days I have horrible customer service from this location it’s terrible as if we aren’t already dealing with thing in life these people will surely make it worst they talk to you as if you are a child or like you owe them something I so can’t wait for the dearlership to finish up my car so I can give hertz their car back I’ll never ever deal with this location I promise if I had to come outta pocket for this rental I would never use this location I wish I can give you guys no stars but that’s to much like right!
Worst customer service ever! Went to pick up vehicle that I reserved. There was no compassion or anything shown at the fact that they didn’t have any cars available. At one point, after I asked if he could call other stores to check availability, he actually laughed when the person on the other end said no. I was then told that I’d only be able to get a car of someone returned one. Since I was in a bind. I waited. Only to be told once a car was returned that since I wasn’t on the waitlist I could get that car. This was a Monday and they were calling people who had reservations for Saturday. I was told two different things from an employee and manager. This forces us to cancel our plans & in turn costs me hundreds of dollars I’m just about ready to just never rent from them again!
