Hertz Car Rental - Lancaster - North Columbus HLE

Horrible location. Avoid renting from them unless you like to deal with mechanical issues and breakdowns. I rented a white Toyota Corolla and spent hours out of my day dealing with tires that can’t hold air. After wasting my time at a repair shop, I got to spend even more time swapping it for a real rental car at Columbus airport. Save the time and just skip this spot unless you like to deal with junky cars and horrible management that cant be bothered with maintenance.

It was a little bit difficult to find. There is only one white sign above the door, but the building is behind a taller building so n ot easy to see.

I was in a accident and the the persons at fault insurance company put me in a rental all expenses were covered. They said they needed my card to put a 50 dollar hold in case of cleaning I needed a car so I agreed.upon dropping the car off I was charged 400$ when I called they hung up on me. Two days after dropping the car off they charged me another 400 dollars this is
