4Wanted 800$ for a weekend rental that was supposed to be 298$ staff was very rude and so we cancelled and just took our business elsewhere
The employees were friendly and very helpful! They explained everything in detail about what was expected when renting a car from them. When I asked questions they were polite and attentive! I felt the prices were great and customer service was spectacular! I highly recommend them and will certainly be a repeat customer of Hertz in the future!
Worst rental place I've dealt with system down when picked up car and dropped off charged card 470.14.
BEWARE! This company is a scam and will charge your card for anything they want and the staff is unprofessional and not trained to give good customer service. They don’t do car walk arounds with you when you pick up the car and then try to tell you that you damaged the car. 3 times I have had faulty cars with them and was even stranded on the highway because the car had bald tires, and when you call hertz roadside assistance don’t expect them to help. On top of it all they wanted to blame me for the flat tire and said I put a dent in the car. If you don’t want your card charged $500+ then don’t rent from them!
