Tried to change my reservation online and the representative really screwed it up. Thankfully Wendell Cheney and Savaughn were able to clear it all up and got us on our way.

Way to slow.sitting in the parking lot in a line of 6 cars trying to leave and we are exiting at 1 car every 15 mins.

Probably should be 2 stars. I thought being a member would be helpful. Not so. The price looks good till you pay all the add on fees. I reserved a car. But when I arrived they let someone else take it. I had no choice by then. But take a smaller car. They didn't help much either when I said I have a AAA discount. I got faster better service at 2 other rentals plaaces

Julius Tate, manager, offered wonderful service. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a 5 star Hertz experience. Thank you! Pleasant and polite people at the desk. No wait in line. Had a car waiting for me. Super easy.

Excellent service from the front counter to the checkin (Sharon). We rented a car while ours was in the shop, without a reservation. The car suited us perfectly and was clean and operated flawlessly. The cost was quite reasonable.

Great and amazing customer service from beginning to end. I was running late for my flight and the location manager Wendell Cheney drove me to the airport personally. Talking about going beyond for your customers. I will only rent for HERTZ from here on out. Thank you!

Garbage customer service. If your a gold member deal only with their rep.don't go to regular counter and deal with their unprofessional inexperienced staff.

I am hertz family. My car broke down and I had to drive from Columbus to Cleveland to get vehicle the exchange was smoothly.

The only airport I know of that never have cars. Flew into Cleveland twice and they had zero supply of cars. This is definitely not a place to go on a whim.you better make reservations.
NOT A JUMP UP AND GO TO PLACE!

Your flight lands 30 minutes after midnight, it's pouring rain and you have to go to the rental car counter; does it get worse?
This time my thoughts of the way it would be and what reality was were flipped over. Wendell Cheney the young man who greeted me had a smile on his face and was joking about the weather. He was efficient and genuine and had me on my way. Thew most pleasant rental car experience I have ever had.

We were visiting Niagara Falls from Cleveland airport. We rented an economy car from this location. The overall experience was good. The car was in good condition.

Reserved for Group P4, showing MB C class or similar on reservation, got Audi A3, so they are similar. "well done" hertz

Promised one price, when I got there they did not honor it at all.
They were not helpful at all.

Initial check out in Cleveland was a bit slow but I think it was due to computer. We had a wide range of cars to pick from. The car we picked (Toyota Camry) had plenty of trunk space. Check in on return was extremely quick and because we were there at a slow time, they offered to take us to the terminal so we did not have to wait for shuttle. Can't beat that kind of service!

Lady was great at the counter. THIS IS NOT AT THE AIRPORT AND YOU MUST TAKE A SHUTTLE. Not that it's bad, just plan an extra 10 minutes to your trip. And please remember the address, it's not on your receipt. My gps had me 10 minutes away.
