I have used Hetter now for several years and have always been satisfied with excellent service, quality workmanship and fair pricing. Rick just left peforming my spring HVAC maintenance. Courteous, efficient, and prompt.

They installed a new furnace and central air unit. Very professional wore shoe covers and protected my flooring with the install. Installers were Rick, Zac, and Michael. The person I talked with initially was Kevin.

Quality work, reliable, pleasant employees. Hetter Heating & Cooling was very professional and responsive. He provided our quote quickly and the entire team finished our job in 1 day. I will not repeat all the positive things that have been said as it was the same positive experience for us for us. But the striking thing for us was how very well the team worked together. Rick, Jerod, and Spencer were here the entire day. They demonstrated respect for each other with a positive and smiling attitude. When they reviewed the details with us, they were not in a hurry and answered all our questions.

We had our annual Spring AC maintenance today. Would like to highly commend and recommend Lance for his expert and friendly service. You are very lucky to have such a dedicated, conscientious employee.

Timely polite tech. Explained things clearly. No upsell to maintenance contract although it is something I wanted. Explained that very well too

Hetter Heating & Cooling installed my current furnace in 2014 and I have signed up for their fll and spring equipment check up ever since. Rick Hoffman, their tech was here this week to examine and clean out my a/c unit. He was efficient and patiently answered my questions. Good people to work with!

Rick Hoffman from Hetter came out to perform the spring maintenance on our HVAC Trane system which Hette installed for us. Rick was very thorough and informative regarding the system and things we could do as the homeowner to insure the system is functioning properly. Thanks Rick.

Walt, Scott, and Spencer just installed a new Trane furnace and a/c for us. It was a full size unit in an unfinished attic with essentially no room to spare in removing the old/installing the new! I’m sure they were not looking forward to the assignment for that reason; but they jumped in and got the job done! All 3 were very courteous, conscientious, and professional and took great care to protect our floors, carpet, etc. I’d highly recommend Hetter, based on the service we received.
